Recently moved into my house and decided to order from these guys. An hour passes and there’s no updates about the driver or anything so I waited a little bit longer and then decided to call the store in case they got lost and after being put on a eight minute hold I found out that the driver never even went to my house, and apparently the people here before me were “blacklisted”. I guess they were just going to have me waiting all night because I was never told anything about this and when I did tell them I just moved in. They said that I would have to come in person. I ordered a specialty pizza about 3 weeks ago. The delivery was very late. They quoted 20-25 minutes, 1 hour later still nothing. We were offered a credit. Today I used that credit. Ordered the same pizza as before Deluxe with no pepperoni 1/2 no sausage add banana peppers to that half. We got a veggie pizza. No meat at all. I understand it was a free pizza, but it was wrong. I will not return to this store.

We ordered and the app said our pizza. would be delivered in 15 minutes. I live about seven minutes from the store. I saw the tracker and saw the driver was going an opposite direction of our home and driving all over and the delivery time kept getting extended, so we just called and canceled our order. Many years ago I delivered Dominos pizza and we never did that to customers. Extremely unprofessional.

Typically I have been satisfied with this location and the service. My past two visits have been below average. The delivery order was missing a pizza and was told that if I wanted it I could come pick it up. I let them know this was not possible and they delivered the pizza an hour later, which was the same pizza that has sat for over an hour. This was not my error and was made to feel like I had done something wrong in this situation. Staff was unfriendly and unwilling to listen to concerns but quick to place blame.

Ordered online, notified the driver was in my area . I waited 30 minutes called the store, a young man answered, I explained my concern, he said he had other deliveries before me. I then asked so when I received the message my food has been sitting in his car? For 30 + minutes, he said YEP. I LIVE ACROSS THE STREET!!!!

Great location and food, hands down. I prefer ordering from this location as my food is always prepared better and stays warm the entire drive home. The bread twists are great and a family favorite. Also, my orders are typically ready on time if not faster than most other places, especially in these times.

The food is fine, standard Dominos, but the service so isn’t worth it. We ordered online at 5:00 pm and got a call 15 minutes later saying they were so behind in deliveries that we could either come in and pick our order up, or we’d get it just before 7pm. I said I’d come in, asked what time it would be ready, then arrived within the 20-25 minute ETA, around 5:50. When I got there, they hadn’t even started my order. They took 15% off and supposedly expedited my order, but I had to wait in the store for them to actually make my pizzas. Finally, after waiting 10-15 more minutes, I left with what they said was my order. I’d ordered a veggie pizza and a cheese pizza. What I got was a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, and a cheese. We will not be ordering from them again.

I hope when people order from here they realize the people that work here don’t have the ability to say no to an order. For any place that’s understaffed but has to continue receiving orders this makes their job extremely difficult. They called me to tell me my order would take a while, and from the sound of the guy’s voice on the phone they were really stressed but he still had the forethought to call and update me…and, they delivered. This Dominoes has it together, even despite being short staffed (like every business out there). Props.
