I recently visited this location to pick up food and was disappointed by what I observed. One of the employees appeared to be about to vape inside the store and quickly put the device away after noticing me. My husband has also mentioned seeing someone vape inside this location previously.
Vaping inside a food establishment is concerning from a hygiene and professionalism standpoint. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures a clean and safe environment for customers.

I came in to order a pizza and asked to use my 50% off coupon from the app, but the employee said he could not find it in the system and only offered 40% off instead.
While he was entering the order, I noticed that his hands were dirty, with long fingernails and visible dirt underneath, and his long hair was not covered by a hat. After finishing the order, he went directly to prepare the pizza without washing his hands, despite having used the computer and handled cash. He also did not wear gloves.
This was very concerning. Please pay more attention to employee hygiene standards at this location.

After over a year of ordering delivery from the Arapahoe location, I was inexplicably told that my address was out of delivery range. I called this location to see if I was within range, but unfortunately I wasn’t. Still, Nathan understood and offered to send his driver to my location anyway. He was pleasant and kind, as was the delivery driver. The food arrived promptly, hot, exactly as-ordered, and was great quality. Thanks for saving the day!

The last couple of months this location has declined significantly. The last 3 pizzas we have ordered are missing ingredients as well as cheese. The staff has always been difficult to talk to with a complaint or issue, but the pizza was decent. Now the pizza is barely edible with not much flavor and missing cheese. The photo attached is the better of what we have received.

We consistently run into issues with our orders. Our most recent order was messed up, and when I called to inquire about what could be done, I was offered a credit on my account or for the order to be re-made. I opted for a credit, which was never applied to the account as promised. When we called to redeem the credit today, we were met with hostility and poor customer service when trying to explain the situation to worker. He did not believe us, and was rude throughout the duration of the interaction. Due to the combination of consistently having our orders messed up and rude customer service, we will be finding a new pizza place. I would not recommend this Domino’s location.

The health inspector needs to pay this Domino’s a visit. I walked in and was immediately grossed out — the employees preparing pizzas with bare hands were also on their phones and even vaping while touching ingredients. It was obvious that hand hygiene was not a priority that evening. If they’re willing to ignore basic hygiene protocols right out in the open, I don’t want to imagine what goes on behind the scenes. I would not recommend this location.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. Estimated time was 37-47 minutes. It’s been over 90 minutes, the store is not answering the phones. Online tracker shows they haven’t started my order. At this point I don’t think I’m getting my pizza. Don’t order from here.
Edit: Pizza showed up after a couple hours. Some of the slices didn’t even have cheese on them. I just threw the pizza away. Also, there is no way to cancel your order when they don’t pick up the phones.

LISTEN TO THESE BAD REVIEWS!!! We were in the middle of moving and attempted to order some pizzas for our helpers and the pizzas never showed up in accordance to the DoorDash map and our whole family was sitting there waiting for them. When we called, we were told WE were being rude for asking where our pizza was over and over and the said they don’t deliver to our address. They turned the blame on US for ordering the pizzas. How would we know they can’t deliver to us if DoorDash suggests their location and accepts the order? Another twist in the story, turns out they delivered our pizzas to a totally different house who also had a pizza order but wasn’t honest enough to say they weren’t theirs. The delivery guy also “claimed” he talked to me over the phone and confirmed this different address with “me” which is a BLATANT lie and my phone record would show that. He finally admitted he didn’t talk to me, but this other person who had an order instead and took them our food. As someone newer to this area we know where we will never be ordering from. No offer for a refund, nothing. Just a sorry, we don’t come your way and we took your food to another house. Thanks.

I’ve never seen a Domino’s have such horrible reviews so quickly. I’m pretty sure this location isn’t even a year old. I have family that has disabilities and rely on handicap parking spots but every time I go to this location, their delivery drivers are always in those spots right in front of the store location. I can’t help but be offended and irritated that they can’t walk 10 feet and park in a regular spot just so they can deliver pizzas faster. Truthfully, I think it’s ridiculous and should be addressed.
