Ordered a handmade pan pizza, waited 12mins. I go pick it up, saying that’s ready on the app, and they tell its still missing 6-8 more minutes like??? Why click that’s ready in the app just to tell the customer it’s not ready? Stupid

They messed up my order and I called 5 times no one answered me I waited on the phone for 10 minutes… I don’t understand why they kept picking up the phone then putting me on more of a wait time and never once tried to make the order right. I paid for a pizza and honey bbq wings, instead I got the wrong toppings on my pizza and buffalo wings….. very very disappointed and upset.

I bought a medium pizza for 18 bucks plus 1 for red pepper. Which most places give it for free. The pizza is same size as small in other areas. Would not recommend this place

So we ordered at 6:14, they told us an hour. I called after 90 minutes, they said it’s still out for delivery.
I called to cancel, and the guy on the phone literally didn’t respond with words, just silence.

I ordered online, got a text that it was on its way and 45 minutes later I still haven’t got my Pizza, I called the store and they told me to wait until the driver shows up and if it’s cold, then they’ll take it back and make me a new order, but what good does that do? I ordered pizza cause I was hungry now, not so I could wait 2 hours, the food isn’t terrible but the service here is the worst thing on the planet.

Ordered pizza delivery for the 2nd time since the restaurant opened, 1st time the pizza was awful. Delivered by the sweetest driver but the pizza itself was dry, and barely had any toppings. We ordered 2 large pizzas and it was a little over $60!! They had only been opened for about a month so we decided to give them another try several months later…. Very disappointing. Again the driver was great!! But the pizza was just as bad if not worse than the first time. I even ordered extra cheese this time. Opened the box and literally couldn’t see any cheese I’m not even sure they put cheese on it at all. Also there was barely any sausage or pepperoni. And again extremely dry pizza. This time it was $40 so at least it was a little cheaper. But still $40 is a lot of money these days…. And combined with my last experience that’s at least $100 wasted.

We’ve ordered delivery multiple times with little issue other than wait time. Sometimes they miss something and we usually get a dominos email saying they messed up and we’re offered compensation, we’venever initiated it. The one time we had an issue with pickup, the manager rectified it with a store credit. Most recently someone noticed our tots were burned, immediately said they’d be making us a new one, and gave us both.
