Usually we don’t have much issue here, but on top of our order taking 1.5 hours (with no warning- usually you get a warning before ordering if it’ll take more than an hour)… the pizza was cold and the cheese and sauce were already dried out from being made however long before delivering. And next time maybe try adding some bread with that butter sauce we didn’t eat any of our food.

Beware. The store is very filthy in the food prep area and the staff is poorly managed and unprofessional for business. Sure the counter tops are wiped down with dirty unwashed rags that give the surfaces a clean look but the contamination process isn’t visible to the naked / untrained eye. A closer look at the store’s cleanliness reveals a horrific and unacceptable rating. The place should be shut down for inspection from the health department and other local authorities until corrected. Notifying the management would be useless at this point since they are complicit with the situation and contribute to the problem. One photo shows the store manager wearing pizza doe around his head and uniform hat with the GM standing right behind him during the unacceptable photoshoot. With the price of food cost, it is highly unlikely that they have thrown away the contaminated food and instead reused the doe for somebody else’s order. The store is being brought to the health departments, FDA & proper authorities attention for their deceive-able and unacceptable malpractice of a business. Anybody sick from this place (84th Avenue and Huron St./ Federal Heights Domino’s Pizza location) should seek the proper authorities for reconciliation. A place like this is an epicenter for the spread of diseases and viruses, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic and should be held accountable for their actions of mistrust with the handling of food and customer services. There are more bad reviews with this business than there are with good reviews and should be considered before ordering anything from this location. This place wouldn’t have had this many complaints for so long if the company’s standards and morality was in line with what they portray to the general public. Worst rate given possible without a doubt.

Just ordered a deep dish pizza for pick up. Didn’t check the pizza until I got home. You guys gave me a regular pizza. Called to see if they would offer a refund being I hate your regular pizza. Wasn’t offered for a driver to come out or refund me my money. Was told I would have to drive all the way back because YOU guys made a mistake. I have not ever had any mishaps too big at all here and I really would like to give praise to the 2 employees working this evening. The orders you can see are coming in non stop and they are still making sure to greet everyone that has entered and non stop apologized for the small delay. The phones continue to ring non stop and they each are handling all of the work load with such calmness and professionalism. You can see there was no room for a break with the amount of orders coming in. I’m impressed and beyond amazed would be an understatement of how great they carried themselves and the workload.

We ordered 20 pizzas to be picked up at 10:00 am. for a religious school event. I placed the order on Thursday with Rae to be picked up Sunday by another person who would pay for it. We found that Rae was the only one at the store, came in early to insure the pizzas were prepared, and had them there for us to pick up. Not only was Rae kind and a pleasure to work with, she totally stepped up to the plate for us. The pizzas were also hot and tasty, and a hit with the kids!

I am visiting my family in the Federal Heights are of Denver and have ordered twice from this Domino’s in the last two weeks (one 3-pizza order and one 6-pizza order) and we have been VERY happy with the service and the food. Kelsey was terrific. Very kind. The pizzas have been delicious. Lots of ingredients, lots of sauce (our home Domino’s barely puts any sauce on), and the pizzas are hot when we pick them up. Easy access to pick up our order at this location as well. Great experience

Ordered two pizzas at 455p. Sitting here now at 7p no pizza even though the app said they were delivered at 630p. Called the store and they told me to look outside the driver was there. 15min later still no pizza. Called and told them to refund the pizza and said I was never ordering with them again. The employee had terrible customer service and hung up the phone on me mid sentence.
