I can only that a delivery order was not right and the store manager tried to tell me that I ordered something else. I know what I ordered and I think they knew what I got was wrong. I ordered what I thought was a two topping pizza with normal crust and got a deep dish cheese. My sandwich was right though. Pretty sorry service!

This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s. I ordered a large pizza expecting a proper meal, but what I received was incredibly disappointing. Almost two-thirds of the pizza was just plain bread with hardly any toppings, and there were only 3–4 tiny pieces of meat in the entire pizza. For the price I paid, this is completely unacceptable. It felt like I was eating bread with almost no flavor. I have ordered from Domino’s many times before, but I have never experienced such poor quality. This location clearly does not care about its customers or the standards of the Domino’s brand. I will never order from here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place as well

Of all the dominos locations in odessa, this one is BY FAR, HANDS DOWN, THE BEST! The staff is fast and friendly and their pizzas are just SO much better than all the other Domino’s in town! Their handmade pan pizzas are absolute game changers. Pick up time is pretty accurate online so there’s hardly ever much of a wait. These guys are awesome!

Had to give one star to write a review. Absolutely gross finding beard hair baked in pizza slice. Took it back immediately for a refund. Mngr and second employee had beards. Second guy with glasses was laughing, thought it was funny. I’m sorry, but people don’t order take out for fun. We trust these companies will prepare food for customers in a proper manner. And to have the guy with beard and glasses laughing was so disrespectful.

Ordered a pizza and a drink using the online app, paid generous 20% tip in advance, tip alone over $6.00. Pizza was delivered timely and was good, but my drink was not delivered. Driver “Stacie” had walked some distance away from my door before I could holler “Drink?” to let her know that my drink was missing. She replied that “they didn’t include a drink”, and just kept walking. When I reiterated that I had ordered a drink she said something unintelligible and still just kept walking. No apology, no attempt to make things right. She made it quite clear that she could care less. Last time I try to be nice by tipping in advance, and last time I order from this Domino’s.
Then I filed a claim using their lame “Delivery Insurance” in the online app. It offered me some credits toward future purchases, but that’s not what I want. I want money back for the drink that I did not receive, and I want my tip money back, and I want additional compensation for wasting my time.

As long as you do not expect accuracy or good customer service you will be fine. Part of my order was missing. I was told it would be redelivered. After waiting over an almost an hour and a half I called to check on status. Their so called manager stated it had been redelivered. When I told her it wasn’t delivered to my home she just ignored me and basically called me a liar. Stating again it had been delivered. We were weekly customers but due to her attitude we will go elsewhere.Ruined Super Bowl Sunday because of. Wish I wasn’t in a wheelchair.

So google says the store will close at 2am. We got there before 10:30pm and the door is closed and after we asked if we could still order, the guy said they are closing at 11pm. And it’s still not 11pm yet? Then, they suddenly switched off the “open” sign at the door. So enlighten us if that’s your process so we wouldn’t waste time and hurrying to your store.
