I don’t know how they have so many 5 star reviews honestly, food took an hour to get here and I live 5 minutes away. Delivery driver mad e comment about “keeping the 2 liter upright the whole drive for ya” I walked in the house opened it and it erupted, I’m thinking he drops it and then lies about it so I don’t blame him I guess?? Pasta was terrible taste like ragu bunch of dry noodles sitting on top ordered extra suave didn’t get that got charged for cheese on top didn’t get that either. I haven’t ordered here in over a year because it always used to be like this and still is.

I always order for pickup or delivery. First of all their prices online are way outdated and inaccurate. Hoagies are most always very dry, hardly no sauce. Pizza’s are the same. It hasn’t always been this way but over the course of several months, more often than not, their food isn’t good, as it once was.

The food arrived and we enjoyed it. However, they forgot our 2-liter so I called back and they told me they would let the driver know. I called back 30 mins later and they said that the driver had another delivery and the driver was on his way. I waited an hour to receive the 2 liter I ordered and I was given a Coke not a root beer like I originally ordered. I don’t believe this is the driver’s fault as the coke is what the staff at the store handed him.
We are only 6 minutes from this store. I work in food service and customer service should be a top priority in this business. Someone needs to pay better attention and help their drivers make sure they have everything for their deliveries. No one should have to wait an hour for something they ordered that was forgotten.

Update 11/31/18. They have updated to a very stylish setting. However the food has changed. The hoagies are small and not as near good as before. This Grammas Pizza was one of the 1st they started years ago. The owners are very seldom on site now and the employees dont take the same pride in their work. If you don’t eat in beware! You may get good food, burnt or just horrible when taken out….you take your chances…really! Last couple take out orders was so burnt couldnt eat so I had to take back. When returned the last order the guy at the counter said “It was burnt because we was busy”….really? So are you to ask when slow? Very inconsistent. Order out? Make sure you check your order before you leave. We have not ordered delivery in years due to the extremely slow delivery time and the pizza arriving cold. If the above isnt bad enough …. Don’t be shocked when you call in your order. 9 times out of 10 they will put you on hold. I’ve witnessed while there them putting people on hold for no reason and walking away …only returning after a few minutes and take the order. So sad for what was the best around.

Not 1 pizza we ordered was baked correctly. Cheese was waxy and cold. Is the bottom crust supposed to be a yellow color? Pretty sure it should be a golden brown color at least. My pizza wasn’t even cut all the way. I could rip apart half of it, other half was one big piece. Will not be ordering again. Hour wait time on delivery is no joke.

Order from here quite often. When we call to order, they are rude on the phone literally every time. Interrupting, and almost every time hangs up on you. Delivery, is at least an hour. Not sure why they are so nasty to customers there but the manager needs to take care of it and expect more from employees. Why is this acceptable? Going to start going elsewhere if things don’t change.
