It was supposed to be my birthday dinner because I’m stuck at bootcamp, I was really looking forward to it. I ordered a medium pizza, cheese bacon tots, and cinnamon bread rolls, my order came out 40 minutes before they delivered it, that’s fine, but then the pizza was cold, and the cheese tots where burnt. I tried calling the store and the guy that picked up said “well what do you want me to do about it” then I asked for a refund and he told me he would get a manger and hung up, I called back again, and he said they where slammed and to call back in 15 minutes, 15 minutes later and I speak to the manager, I told him I was sorry they where slammed and explain my issues, he was so incredibly rude. He gave me a full refund after I hassled him for it. I’ve worked in the food industry for years and I’ve never been this disgusted with customer service. I DO NOT recommend you order from this location.

This Domino’s might be a little hidden away and tricky to find at first, but once you know where it is, you’ll keep coming back. The pizza here is consistently excellent, always fresh, hot, and loaded with flavor. My first visit was for a pickup order, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure everything was perfect before I left. Since then, I’ve switched to delivery every time, and they have never let me down. Orders arrive quickly, the food is packaged well, and everything is exactly as ordered. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do, both in the kitchen and in their customer service. It’s rare to find a location that nails both speed and quality, but this one does it every single time. Highly recommend if you want great pizza and genuinely friendly service.

Just wanted to say this team was awesome. With few food choices arriving late at the Gateway Inn (Annex) they were super quick and knew exactly where to go to drop it off. Been in 9years and this is the best base Domino’s I’ve had. Thanks y’all.

No complaints, just ordered two pizzas and it got here in less than 30 min to base housing still hot from the oven. Been good overall the past couple times we ordered. Friendly in person when I did go in.

I placed a basic order, 1 bowl of pasta and 1 oder of hot wings. The bowl of pasta was not the one I ordered. And the wings were suppose to be hot wings. Instead I got a order of regular wings with a light coat od sauce. Hell only one side was barely coated. This is the Dominoes on Lackland. Unacceptable.

I only like the pan pizza. The brownies are ok. I get really mad whenever people order the normal pizza. Its the most basic thing to get at a party and it is so bland. It shows that there is no effort and the same amount of money could go to a better pizza place or at least the pan pizza. So please advertise the pan pizza more or maybe a spicy sauce because all the fun people who like to host parties don’t have a sense of taste and think that a generic pizza is what people want. Maybe cheesy bread would be nice.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience. Firstly, the website for placing an order at the hotel on base was not functioning, so I decided to call. During my first attempt, the call was disconnected despite having full service. I assumed it was a fluke and called again.
During my second attempt, it was evident that the employee was either new or in training, as she was very distracted and kept making errors with my order, requiring me to repeat myself multiple times. Eventually, she asked me to hold, but the call was disconnected again. At this point, I suspected that the employee was frustrated and, instead of resolving the issue, chose to hang up.
On my third attempt, I finally managed to place my order and provided my card details, only to be told that my card was declined. Knowing this was incorrect, I asked if she had entered the date correctly. The employee repeated the wrong date back to me and hurriedly tried to rush me off the phone, insisting there was nothing she could do. I politely explained that the date they repeated was incorrect, and thankfully, she was frustrated enough to transfer me to another staff member who successfully completed my order.
Domino’s, please ensure your new hires are properly trained in customer service and competent to handle orders efficiently.
I left two stars because the food is decent and the delivery guys are awesome. Praying I don’t have spit in my food

Without a doubt the worst customer service ever. There’s been several instances where they take over 2 hours to get your food to you, and they make no effort to communicate it with you either. In fact they’ll ignore you when you try to figure out where your order is. Worst delivery I’ve ever seen anywhere.

Very specific ordering instructions. Even when you ask for it to Be delivered by the door, they will expect you to go outside and if you don’t, they will delete order. If you are military, they expect you to walk a distance to get order.
