So I called this dominos 3 times waiting for food that took 3 and a half hours to get to me. On the third time I asked if I could get a refund and was told that my food is coming and is almost there. I still asked but I would like a refund because it took 3 and a half hours to get to me like they can keep the food at this point it’s gotta be freezer burnt cold at this point. The girl hung the phone up on me… the whole time I was being very polite and respectful and I get hung up on. Very poor service. Will never order from them again. Management should be rung up for this too for not training their employees correctly. Especially over the phone. Very very sad.

Shout out to the A.M. crew! The most amazing people ever! They are always on time, doing what they can to help customers and getting the job done right! I would love to personally shout out the G.M. who is very patient, supportive, & positive manager! She knows how to run a business! Along side the A.M. manager who is very fast paced and hardworking! Doing whatever she can to help with the insiders and drivers! They are never rude to the customers or employees and always bring joy to the workplace! I met the A.M. drivers who are excellent with delivering on time with 100%! I always see them working hard to get the customers satisfaction! Thank you guys for what you do!

Worst pizza shop ever! I ordered a pizza, it took about an hour and 45 minutes to get it. Then when I open it, it’s burnt, all over the place and not something I’d eat. I flagged the driver down showed it to him and he apologized took the pizza and took a picture of it then placed it back in his car and left. Needless to say I won’t be getting pizza from them again. Just order from off base at papa John’s they’ll deliver on base and it’s a lot quicker and better quality then this garbage shop. Definitely gonna make a complaint to aafes about this

Just wanted to say this team was awesome. With few food choices arriving late at the Gateway Inn (Annex) they were super quick and knew exactly where to go to drop it off. Been in 9years and this is the best base Domino’s I’ve had. Thanks y’all.

I know the bottom of the barrel is low but if it could get lower than that then there is where you would find this dominos. Where to begin? Let’s see 7pm place an order for 3 bread bowls and a pizza, simple enough. 7:30, food is delivered and I notice one of my bread bowls is missing. This isn’t an issue however because they could just bring it back out right? No, I have to drive and pick it up. Again, this isn’t a big issue because I live on base and I have a car. So i pick up my 2nd bowl and go home. I notice when I get home my 3rd bowl is completely wrong and just a mess, so I call again and ask hey this is the situation, can you help out. Dominos says yeah sure, give us 30 and we will deliver. 1 hour and 30 minutes later, no bowl. So I call and relay the situation and only to be met with hostility, incompetence and overall rudeness. I drive back to dominos AGAIN, I explain the situation to someone named “silver” who is the alleged “district manager” whose not only rude but chewing a piece of gum loudly while speaking to me in person. She reverts the blame to me and says why didn’t I check my food? Etc etc. So it boiled down to me having to essentially beg to get the correct food I order in the first place. If you could avoid, please do not come here. Take the extra drive and go to papa johns, shoot even little Caesar’s would look like 5 star dining compared to this joke of an establishment. I will be contacting dominoes corporate and AAFES, because no one deserves this sort of treatment. “Silver” and another employee “destiny” ensured that this establishment will never see my patronage ever again. The only saving grace was a woman named “Naomi” who was literally an angel and so pleasant to deal with, she truly went above and beyond and I guarantee if this dominoes has more employees like her, they wouldn’t have the woeful reviews they have. I placed a basic order, 1 bowl of pasta and 1 oder of hot wings. The bowl of pasta was not the one I ordered. And the wings were suppose to be hot wings. Instead I got a order of regular wings with a light coat od sauce. Hell only one side was barely coated. This is the Dominoes on Lackland. Unacceptable.
