I drove 45 minutes to take advantage of the menu pizzas at half price. While waiting in the parking lot for my pizza to be done, I saw a customer walk in with a dog and no shoes on his feet. I decided to go through the pickup window after I saw that they had one. Pulled up to the window and waited at least 3 minutes before someone came. There was a worker that saw me, but continued to cut pizzas. I get they were busy but he could have least came and something. The pizza tasted good, which is why I won’t give them 1 star, but I doubt I will be going back here.

My experience was a total joke. I ordered on line because you absolutely can not get an answer on the phone…..EVER!!!!!! I was attempting to get food for my family prior to work. I accidently had my work address on the order. I tried to correct through the app. I tried calling. I even drove up to the window all while still on hold. (This was after the phone was picked up and immediately placed on hold again numerous times) My order was delivered to my job address after trying for nearly an hour to get it corrected. Sorry service indeed. All you needed to do was say may I help you or please hold it something. I just needed it to go to my home address. I didn’t want to place a $500 order. I wish I could give it a rating of 0.

Ordered a medium cheese pizza and it was $11.99 lol. After we got the pizza I heard a worker tell another customer that they could get 2 pizzas for $6.99 each. Nobody ever told us about a special or we would’ve done that and got two pizzas for basically what we paid. The place was dirty and this was about 11:30 or so. Windows weren’t clean, floors and tables had food all over them, and the customer service wasn’t very good at all. I asked for some packets of parmesan and some crushed pepper and the lady told me it would be like another $1.59 per shaker/packet. What a joke. Do yourself a favor and don’t go eat in this place. If you do make sure you do it over the app so you can search the deals and pick it up at the window to save yourself some trouble and money.

Prior to memorial holiday called in an order. 1st the rep. Says can’t do, can’t locate address. I laughed, never heard this. Then she says “that’s not necessary and hung up. So call back and another representative in a bit cold way says yes I know address will take order. But 1 hour wait-i agree to this. 2 hours go by, no pizza. I call back and a 3rd rep tells me no order ever made. Yet…my credit card is charged. So I get husband to deal with it. He talks to Mgr. She says sorry and will take order and send free pizza. We did get pizza finally. Like it’s been 4 hours trying to get it all sorted out. But the ringer and hoop jumping and problems and my card still was charged!!

Never again! You can buy better but you will never pay more! Overpriced, skimpy portions, I could eat at a nice restaurant for less and their pizza has fallen in quality as well.
