Worst dominos ive ever been too…worked at dominos in silverlake years ago so i know the flow and process ordered online still sitting in the restaurant waiting for my order 45 minutes later, while sitting here manager is allowing phone to ring without answering. No clue on customer service whatsoever and this is the second time in a row for this last time i drive from my house to the restaurant with my cellphone still ringing Manager had no concept of how to run this restaurant last time pappa johns from here on out.corporate needs to get involved.

This store has went downhill. This used to be the best location I have ever ordered from. The last 4 or 5 times it has taken an hour to an hour and 45 minutes. So where do I start … my order was placed and said it would be delivered within 40 minutes then over an hour and half later I was informed from someone at the store that a delivery driver sat outside my gate and we didn’t answer so came back with our order to store when I didn’t answer my “gate”. First we don’t have a gate. Second why didn’t the driver call my cell phone when we didn’t answer our “gate” . Third they acted as if like do you still want it. Yes but you do realize it’s been over an 1.5 hours since our food was supposed to be delivered I’m sure it’s cold now. I was told I would get a free voucher for a large pizza then when it finally was delivered my order wasn’t even complete which I was told by my driver that I would be refunded for said items. Never received refund or voucher.

Up until this year we’ve always had a pretty good experience with this store. I don’t know what has changed but horrible service does not even begin to describe it. The number of late orders and cold pizza have now grown too numerous to count. We are literally six minutes away so no excuse will do for me. Now every time I try to order they either aren’t accepting online orders or they are not delivering. Not sure why… there’s never any explanation. That leaves me trying to call the store and order… which I do, but they never answer the phone. E.g. > I just called… put my phone on speaker and held for 17 minutes and 44 seconds. What excuse could Dominoes give me for that… I’m curious. During that hold time I called Pizza Hut and placed an order. Cue canned response and apology for Dominoes management in 3..2..1..
