Do not order from this dominos!
Girl called me and told me that 12min delivery was too far away, didn’t explain how to correct(ordered online). Store 6846 talked on the phone with a Kelsie , she hung up on me before I could ask any more questions then I called back an a team member asked for a manager and she tried not to take the phone from the girl and then I said “hey somebody just hung up on me because I agreed to cancel order since she was claiming it was too far out” and she said it was me but you didn’t say anything else, how would you hear me talking if you hung up on me?
Then I asked for her name and store number probably 6 times because not only was she not helpful, rude and hung up on me she said AND I QUOTE “I am not obligated to give you my name” in customer service and as the manager I think you are but that’s just me. I will be going to corporate and do hope they do better. Won’t be ordering from here let alone another dominos any time soon.

If I could give this place a -5 I would. I have never had such a horrible experience in a fast food type restaurant. We ordered delivery at 7pm. It showed it was being prepped by “Marsha” at 7:30 where it stayed for over an hour. We waited until 8:35pm before calling to figure out why our order was taking so long. I sat on hold for 20 minutes with no answer. Around 9:15pm, we got in the car and drove to the location where all of the employees seemed to not want to assist me. I sat at the counter for 5-10 minutes before a very rude girl that was making the pizzas- dark brown hair with possibly blue in it and a tattoo on her left arm stood in front of me with no greeting or welcome. I started the conversation and asked if the pizza was done since I had been waiting since 7pm. She didn’t even look at the huge stacks of finished pizzas they had, and said no. I asked for it to be cancelled and refunded. She cancelled it and then turned away from me and said “want your receipt?” When I said yes, she stormed off to the back to grab the receipt-obviously annoyed that I said yes. Meanwhile, I hear multiple orders being finished that were cancelled and the phone is ringing non stop (but the volume seemed turned down). After the employee practically threw my receipt at me, she stormed off. I turned around and told my partner I thought it was kind of rude that she didn’t even apologize and acted like this was my fault. My partner something about how the employee was rude and the employee yelled “bro it’s not my fault”!

Overall, this was a horrible experience and I won’t returning. I suggest the manager of this location do a complete overhaul. I can’t even imagine the amount of business you lost in cancelled orders.

Always good service and good pizza at this location. they never have plates though. Maybe they stopped giving out plates but on big orders, I use to love this little perk. No biggie though, the service makes up for it.

Terrible customer service!!
I waited in the store for nearly 20 minutes after my order was marked as ready before anyone acknowledged me. Even then, there was no resolution or urgency. I ultimately had to pick up my order again through the drive-through, which was another 10 mins.

The in-store pickup really needs some fix.

Update: I just received an apology in the review… 6 MONTHS LATER. Also they want me to come back with 20 off my order. Really what kind of an insult is that when my last statement says it should have been replaced and refunded. Way to go Domino’s great customer service!!!!! NOT.

What a shame. Cut the GF that should be uncut. Smashed the pizzas. Called to have replaced, got someone acted like a manager but just kept saying it will take an hour for a remake, even after I ask for an rush because we have already waited. Not even sure if we are getting both replaced with the way the talk went.
Also…. it’s been and hour and 10 mins and still no replacement. This is wrong for the drivers as well. At this point should be replacement and refund.

One of the worst experiences i’ve had at a fast food restaurant.I had placed an order for forty three dollars worth of pizza.Online received at the pizzas were going to be done in approximately two minutes.So I got in my vehicle and I drove to the restaurant which is maybe five minutes or from my house arrive to pick up the Pizza. I was informed that it was not ready and it would be another 10 minutes or so waited 15 minutes in the parking lot, pulled back up to the window. I was told again it would be another 15 or so minutes I was like, excuse me, it said the pizzas were done 20 minutes ago. I’ve been waiting and now you’re telling me they’re still not ready. Went around again came back. She told me they were just being put in the oven. I said this is ridiculous. You’ve had me here forever and ever. And you’ve still not even put them in the oven. I don’t know what to tell you, ma’am. I says, no, this isn’t my problem. You shouldn’t be telling people that their stuff is ready. And having them wait forever and ever. And just keep telling me to wait longer and pull back around to the window. So then Again? I said, so how long is this going to be about 20 more minutes? I said I can’t wait another 20 minutes. That will be over an hour. I’ve been here after the time that it should have been done. Is there a way that it could be sent to another store? I will drive to the Other Store Which Was Another 10 Minutes Or Longer Away from me. They came back, they canceled my order. But didn’t even come back straight to the window. It was at least about 10 minutes or so come back to the window told me they canceled it and I could leave. I said, excuse me, so did the money go back onto my cart? Immediately to where I can place the order at another location. No, it takes until tomorrow and shut the window on my face. I stayed there till somebody came back a lady young girl actually, with half blue and half black hair. She would not give me her name. She came back, told me it was not her problem. It was my problem. And that They canceled it and I would not get my money back until tomorrow. I should know this is not how it works. And you need to stick them in the oven and get them out to me, because I am not going to be without $50. And cannot go home without any food for my family. That’s been waiting already for over an hour. She slams the window again in my face, and maybe 10 minutes later. I was told I had to leave that they were not putting it back in the oven for me. After another girl in between that came to the window and told me they were putting it back in the oven for me. So I had to drive 10 to 15 minutes to another location. Make another order and get Pizza. And the funny thing is, I walked in, it wasn’t even 5 minutes. And my Pizza was ready was not offered. An apology was not offered anything they could do for me worse experience if I’ve ever had. I will never ever ever get from you guys there at that location ever again. And this isn’t the first time i’ve had a bad experience, but this is just beyond the worst.I do not recommend ever anybody going there

On a good note, they’re following suit with Pizza Hut!

Honestly the most pathetic order I have seen from a Domino’s. The pizza is sloppy and wasn’t even hot or warm was room temperature. The pastas are so small they feed a child for $7 total rip off 3-5oz is all you get. The boneless wings looked like chopped up nuggets they are small and lack flavor. Will never order from here again.
