7/1 went through the drive through at 2pm. Woman working the drive through window was extremely rude because the drink was wrong the first time and then the second drink tasted awful. She was mean saying ” There’s nothing wrong with your drink. You’re the problem. Our machines tell us when they are out. We aren’t even supposed to take these drinks back when they’re right.” Don’t understand the attitude when both times I was polite asking for them to fix their mistake and then replace the drink that tasted awful.

I had my food before I had my debit card back. Didn’t know what was going on they never said a word but they charged my card twice and than put one back on it. The fries was hard as a rock and old and this is right at them starting lunch. The lady with nasty long nails that was filthy under them took my card and was scratching her nasty forehead til another girl said give that card back to her. She said “oh I was going to throw it away.” Just all and all nasty and poor unprofessional dirty service. Not pleased at all.

My first time at a Wendy’s. The chicken nuggets were good, the fries hot and fresh. The burger was just ok. The special was very cheap, which my husband loves . I could eat here again.

A horrible shift boss last nite that had little girl on front counter damn near in tears barking orders at her and having her fill and get all of the doordash orders out before even taking a order from somebody standing at the counter I ended up standing at the counter for over 30 minutes just to get to freaking frosty’s

I asked for a Bacon chese burger with only ketchup, and i got it with everything. i cant eat it with everything, because its gross . this is the fourth time this week, also the nuggets where like eating rocks. Atleast the fries was good. Not sure i will return to jackonville il’s wendys again.

Employees are always friendly and the food is usually fresh. The restaurant is clean. And unlike alot of other wendys , their lobby is open.
