I ordered my pizza 5/18 slices were missing in the middle called to complain what can I be helped with. I was told I had to go out of my way to drive with my kids to the store to show the pizza one they just got home from school super hungry two I’m about to go to work. So he said there’s nothing they can do someone must have ate a slice (while I was the one that opened it no one else) so I hang up and call again to speak with manager and he says hello doesn’t introduce himself I don’t know who im speaking with. Then when asked for his name or what’s his title in the store declines and says he’s being threatened. I ask are you the manger I’d like to know who im talking to for all I know It could’ve been the cook or dishwasher idk. Anyways we go back and forth still not being helped or asked what the problem is feels like I was arguing with a child. I asked for corporates number or another manager or name and he didn’t give me any info. I released call from how uncomfortable and scared I was that he was not willing to assist yet was arguing. I hope all the calls are recorded and help someone run that store

Wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from here. I ordered online one hamburger/ sausage pizza & one meatzza with Buffalo wings! Relieved my order only to have a hamburger pizza & a cheese pizza, the wings had barely any sauce at all and were undercooked! I called the store at least 20 times only to have someone pick up and hang up the phone! This is unacceptable when people are spending their hard earned money to patronize your establishment absolutely ridiculous if I wanted to drive to the store I would have ordered pick up SMH

Don’t get me wrong; I love Dominos Pizza- hands down 1 choice over Pizza Hut/Little Caesars. As far as this location; it disappoints me to say I would not recommend ordering here. 3 pizzas( Spinach Alfredo- Pepperoni w/jalapeños- and a Sausage pizza). The spinach was outdated, discolored. The jalapeño pizza as well as the sausage had little to NO cheese topping. Of course we call and hope to get a remake, twice the staff that answered the 1st we called continuously picked up the phone, just to hang it right back up. So we went up there. Received 3 decent remakes of the original order. Unfortunately, not one apology from the manager or the staff members. Mind you it was 11pm @ night but on a Saturday they don’t close till Midnight. If the customer service was better, this would be an ideal go to favorites

Ordered an extra large and a medium online for pick up. Requested “extra” for several of the toppings. Both pizzas, which were both over $20 a piece, had less toppings than I would expect before requesting “extra”. I won’t come here again after spending nearly $60 for two pizzas.

I ordered pizza from this location 4/3/2023. My whole house got sick diarrhea and vomiting. I returned the leftover pizza today and told the manager . Which he was very unconcerned. The health department will be contacted. I tried to reach corporate. NO ANSWER and the voicemail was full!

Placed a order online. Called 2.5 minutes later to tell them to add something because online wouldn’t allow me to. Someone that didn’t even work at the location took the call. Probably call center, nobody picked up afterwards then finally I got someone on the phone. Explained the problem and he lied, then played like he was going to fix it. Then once my delivery came he didn’t fix nothing. I won’t be ordering online no more!

My favorite pizza place to order at is domino’s but lately they’ve just been annoying. Every time I call to make an order it just takes me to these random people who don’t work at the store and every SINGLE and I mean every SINGLE time they tell me they don’t deliver to my area. So, they always have to “transfer” me to the store it’s so annoying and time consuming, I don’t know why Dominos do that now but it’s so annoying, instead of taking a few minutes to order some pizza it takes me half an hour. Not only has that happened but, my pizza came once and it was so bad I don’t know why that happened. I really hope this changes otherwise they’ll lose a loyal costumer.
