‘Cuz I can’t give it zero stars! Ordered online and it gave an estimated completion time. When I arrived at the store for pickup at the time it said it would be done, the cashier told me my order was going to take another 30-45 minutes to be ready. Interestingly enough the screen in the store still said it would be ready in about 5 minutes…When I asked if they could deliver it when it was ready, the cashier said yes, but then tried to charge me another $12 to get it delivered. I then asked if the manager could wave the delivery fee or give me some type of accommodation for the inconvenience. She said she could cancel my order if I wanted. Wow! What great customer service. I opted to wait since I had a bunch of hungry kids at the house for a sleepover. But I will not be using this Domino’s location again.

i went in tonight to pick up a carry out order and it was over an hour of waiting and when our pizzas were finally out this blonde girl came up to give us the pizzas and while i was taking the pizzas she had the audacity to say and i quote “ do u want you’re sauces or not” this is what not customer service at all and she shouldn’t have a job because there for iwasn’t a counter in between us there would have been trouble so do better.

Ordered delivery around 8:30pm and around 10pm there’s still NO PIZZA! Kept checking the app and it was stuck on ‘Quality Check’. Really? I had to call only to be told that they were down to one delivery driver.. well thanks for your great customer service in letting me know after I had to call your store!!!!! Was only given a $5 discount and lukewarm pizza without so much as an apology. UNACCEPTABLE!! NEVER AGAIN!!
