I got there at opening and they were already busy. I was immediately acknowledged and welcomed. My order was taken quickly and my food was delicious. All this was done while I watched her pull at least 10 pizzas from the oven and box them, answer 2 phone calls, get them all bagged up for delivery, handed me my pizza then took at least 6 pizzas out for delivery. Going back today. Don’t know the store number but it’s on highway 97 sand springs Oklahoma.

Stuffed bread wasn’t cut at all, not even a attempt to cut. All three of our pizzas didnt have the crust sauced it looked like they just completed missed it because they might of been rushing or something. Would be great of they slowed down a hair to do the pizzas properly and cut things that should be cut. The only reason I like Domino’s is the sauced crust.

Man… it’s inevitable that they will get your order wrong. Unless you order something simple like a pepperoni pizza, odds that they will forget an ingredient or use the wrong one is (literally) 100%. If you order a buffalo chicken pizza, it will come without the buffalo. If you remove mushrooms from your pizza, they will add them anyway. It is every single time and I wish I was joking.

Just so you know, they start locking their doors sometime after 10 PM even though they list their carry-out hours on their website as open until 12. Once they lock the doors they won’t open them for any reason, you just won’t be able to get your food. You’ll just be standing outside and they treat you like you’re some criminal. They said it’s “for their safety” when there is only 1 person in the store, like it is somehow my fault that they won’t hire enough workers to property staff their store. Will never be back.

I ordered this when I was in downtown Tulsa. With the progress chart, I pulled in and parked. People were very nice, the pizza was great, and the price is great because I still have a meal for tomorrow when I get home. So 2 meals maybe 3 and that’s a lot better meals for your $$.

This is by far the best online order experience I have ever had. The wings were absolutely perfect, and the one topping pizza with extra cheese was right there with it. Hannah checked my order, and Dylan delivered it. Kudos to them and to the store. THANK YOU!!!! I now have faith in customer service again.

The manager will lie to your face. My pizza was greasy and smashed anyways. I waited with hazards on for 5 mins. Nobody came, I was in the only open spot in front of store, he said I should’ve parked right in front of store, that spot was for delivery drivers, which I told him. I have screen shots, and video of him having an employee move the sign. He had a horrible attitude. I won’t be back ever again, and I’ve been a customer of dominos for 30 years. Also the drivers take all the spots in front of the store and door ding you when you do park. As I was leaving 4 employees pulled up In one car reminiscent of cheech and Chong.
