I heard all the hype and had to check it out for myself. I love the concept of chicken salad prepared in various ways. I went with the Chick Meal, which included a scoop of chicken salad or a sandwich, plus an additional scoop and a side—chips, fruit, or soup.
I chose the Classic Carol croissant sandwich and a scoop of Dixie Chick. Both had a similar taste, with the main difference being that the Dixie Chick included onions.
The white chocolate cake was so good that I couldn’t resist digging in while waiting for my food. I’d definitely recommend this spot for a light and quick meal on the go!

We got dinner from chicken salad chick for the first time. I tried the turkey bacon club meal. It was a very good meal and came with a Cheryl cookie, pickle spear. and then a side. I had a fruit salad side. Parking is free, and there is a decent amount of it. The inside is nice. I’m not sure if this is a good place for kids, but you could try. The prices are okay. I think it is good value for the money. I enjoyed it and will likely try it again.

My husband had the BLT Chicken Salad croissant and I had the Maui Mama scoop. We both got the pasta salad for a side.
This is a light & refreshing lunch option. Fills you up without feeling “too heavy”.
Pricing, I feel, is better than a lot of other places, especially right now with inflation.
The pasta salad is a bit dry compared to what we’re used to, BUT it is their unique version and it is very tasty. Fresh mozzarella in there too!
The Maui Mama had just the right amount of heat as I do not like “hot” anything. Just the right amount of Jalepeño & slightly “warm” heat.
BLT was great too!
I did not order a drink so our cashier said “would you like a cup for water?” Very thoughtful.
He was very personable, happy and sweet.
We went there at 1:30pm on Tuesday, right after the “lunch rush”. Restaurant was still a little over 1/2 full with customers & it was VERY clean!
Definitely coming back here!!!

The food was really good! I customized my order online and didn’t receive any of what I customized it to be. I picked croissant bread, but got white bread, I added mustard & mayo w/ no bacon. No mustard, no mayo, and they added bacon. What’s the use of customizing a order how you want it, if you’re going to receive whatever the server decides to prepare for you

I love everything about Chicken Salad Chick. I never thought that there could be so many varieties, but there ARE! I love to have mine with crackers and a side of broccoli salad…..and get this, I don’t even like broccoli!! But this is GREAT! This isn’t the only location, I’ve been to several and it is quality food.

Great place to have lunch! My mom and I stopped in for a bite to eat while in Franklin for a doctors appt. I’ve never been to a Chicken Salad Chick before and was very reluctant as I only like homemade Southern chicken salad (adds a touch of mustard). The staff was very accommodating allowing for me to try a sample before ordering. I ended up ordering the Classic Carol BLT on a croissant with a side of Chicken tortilla soup. I was very pleased with my choice and would order it again. My mom ordered the same except she had the loaded potato soup which also was very good. I can’t say enough about how customer oriented and friendly the staff were on our visit!

What a delightful little cafe experience. And from the ongoing line for lunch, people love their food. It’s not often you can find a restaurant that is devoted to a singular type of entree that makes it work. But Chicken Salad Chick is exactly what it sounds like. Really, really good chicken salad. I had a lemon basil chicken salad with my lunch today and it was delicious. Highly recommend. Upgrade your plate to a trio and you can add on an additional side or chicken salad flavor for just $2. Which for me means lunch tomorrow:-) Trust me. A good lunch two days in a row is hard to come by. You can thank me later.
