Pizza was great, unfortunately I had to get chewed out for ordering it. Ordered online delivery from here on a Saturday night (just traveling through so didn’t know their hours) – when I met the delivery man he informed me that I had ordered the pizza 2 minutes before closing and that he was the only delivery driver, had an hours worth of clean up at the restaurant, and then had a 45 minute drive home in the rain. Then he said “so thanks, enjoy your pizza mam.” Needless to say I did not enjoy it because I was sitting there eating it and feeling like a jerk for ordering a pizza.

Pizza is always hot and great tasting. However I put in an order online yesterday and called 10 min after it was supposed to be delivered. My order never went through due to the total of the order, but it still charged my card. I called and the cashier was very friendly and put the order through. I had to wait another 45 min though to get pizza to feed my hangry kids. Pizza was suppose to arrive at 525 didn’t get delivered until 624.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got the Italian sub decided to take it to work with me only to bite into it and find a white plastic bread clip in my food. I called to explain my issue and the guy who answered the phone was rude. I would of been understanding maybe if handled better but now I’m p****ed. I work 11-7 smh just wanted something decent to eat.

RATING IS MOSTLY DUE TO DELIVERY DRIVER. There were other minor issues that could be corrected with more hired help and better leadership but the DELIVERY DRIVER (Caucasian male, sweaty, balding hair, very late 40s) he was unacceptable and based off other reviews and conversations I’ve heard from other customers who frequent this location he can be unpleasant often. Wiping his sweat with my napkins which left me without any for my order was the real crowd pleaser for me. Then following up with a nasty tone when telling me to sign for my order after he took a while to get out of his car while I waited outside in the dark because he said he was outside. I understand most customers don’t tip but I tipped 15% and told him I understand how hard his day might be and he just did a big grunt while sweat was dripping from his armpits and rolled his eyes and walked slewed back to his small truck. JUST FIRE HIM ALREADY AND PUT EVERYONE INCLUDING HIM OUT HIS MISERY.

My family and I moved to this area for this place and I have great food from them but I have had some bad food and awful waiting times. I actually called once recently and spoke to a gentleman about my order I had did online , now a hour and thirty minutes late, and he could not help me. So I asked to speak to a manager. He gets a woman and she is cocky and non understanding and non caring of how long I have been waiting for food. And got no compensation for the wait or anything for the inconvenience for this one incident. And on another occasion that was a order for my hubby and I on his break. I ordered before his break and got it well after his break. He works from home so once the door is closed it’s working hours. So his hour break plus the extra 10 we gave for waiting. I am actually a Reg. Customer but don’t like the service sometimes. I wish I could and would be compensated for all these different occasions of bad service. So honestly it’s a 40/60 chance you will get food that’s great and hot. Please do better.

Ordered the Pepperoni Extreme Pizza through Grubhub around midnight. When I arrived for pickup, the staff checked for the order and informed me that they made the wrong order (made a plain cheese pizza). Then they explained that they didn’t have the cup pepperoni necessary to make the pepperoni extreme pizza and asked me what I want to do. It would’ve been professional courtesy to call me and informed me of the situation (I had restaurants that called me before when they were not able to fulfill the order I made through Grubhub and asked if I want to change or cancel my order). We came to the resolution for them to make the pizza with the available pepperoni and waited 15mins or so.

For it to be on time it was only slightly warm not hot. And I left in the notes “NOT to ring the doorbell” because it was almost 2a.m. and i didnt want to wake anyone up. Guess what delivery does? Rings the door bell not 1 time but 2 smh.
