Just today…I posted the receipt next to a picture of the pizza with a piece of pepperoni pulled off. It was supposed to be extra sauce and don’t even think it’s normal sauce…I had to make some from scratch. Both the tracker and screen showed it ready for pick up at 1:45 but they didn’t pull it out and box it until after 2 (we did carry out today bc of the holiday see below). We’ve previously had issues with some days they can’t even do delivery.

This place got better for like 2 months and is back to being slow, under staffed, and dirty. Multiple employees will look at and walk by receipts on the floor, the old people act like they know everything, but look like chickens with their heads cut off, and idk if it’s the owner cause her name is on the door, but she’s flirting in a work place and was told by a few workers that it’s making them uncomfortable to work there. I’ve been a diehard for Domino’s most of my life, but the amount of drama i’ve seen and the tension in the air between all the workers, is absolutely sickening. This place needs new management asap before they let that place run down more. Oh, and let’s not forget the contamination on makeline. They toss extras into the wrong buckets, mixing them, they pick out food from the trays that catch things falling off, and their systems mess up every week. I hope the owner passes on the Batesville store and focuses on their new one in Newport, seems like what they’re doing now, but still running the Batesville store. Everyone there always has some kind of attitude, except for the kids, which most people think these generations are lazy, it’s really the parent’s fault, but these kids are always on the move and looks like they’re doing a great job. Hope this place gets what it deserves, not whatever it is rn. They’ve also been constantly behind on orders, the other week I had to wait over 2 hours, the next week I ordered delivery and took over 40 minutes for them to finally start making it, and the lobby always has someone waiting, lobby ain’t big enough for all those people and barely have seats for 6. So, I’m taking my money literally anywhere else, and if I want pizza, I’m going to pizza hut til this place stops being money hungry and actually focuses on quality. If you enjoy the food and don’t care about contamination, drama, or want a scene while you’re waiting, be my guest, but I’m staying faaar away.

I think what some of the other reviews fail to realize is this dominos is smaller than most, and the staff are always trying their best. If you haven’t worked in fast food or food service then I would understand the entitlement some others have.. But they make the best pizzas. They have amazing desserts. And the staff are always very cooperative and apologetic if anything happens with an order. It’s honestly so cool seeing the entire staff team moving and flowing about different stations to help each other and help meet order requirements. Amazing amazing!

Ordered delivery. Hour and a half later called and they said they had one driver and one cook. Understandable. Said it’d be another 30 to 45 min. Sure alright no problem. Another hour later no update nothing on the tracker. So after 2 and a half hours I canceled my order because its midnight at this point and my daughter who wanted a late night pizza is already asleep.

I love dominos but the last 3 times I have ordered delivery it has taken at least 2 hours. The night before last, I ordered at 6:30pm for delivery now (not later) and I got my pizza at 10:15pm. I love dominos but dang. It shouldn’t take that long. And when I tried to call, the recording said I ordered for future delivery, which I didn’t, and I couldn’t even get through to find out what happened.

This Domino’s location is genuinely one of the worst places to order delivery from in the entire town. I have waited two hours or more for my pizza countless times, and, on average, it takes at least an hour and a half for them to deliver it. Half the time, they do not accommodate any requests (e.g., well-done pizza, light cheese, extra cheese, etc.).
I’m not sure if this is due to how “busy” they are on a day-to-day basis, but I do not see a world in which I order pizza on, say, a random Monday night and still have to wait an hour and a half for it to be delivered. The delivery time isn’t even the worst part about this Domino’s location, it’s a mix between the fact that they do not put your food into the oven until half an hour (or more) after you order it, and how rude the employees act on the phone when you call and question them on why your food is taking a tremendous amount of time. The estimated delivery times NEVER, and I mean NEVER, match up with reality. If you’re going to make me wait 2 hours for my pizza, at least let me know so I can take my business elsewhere.
Whoever owns this chain must be one of the biggest cheapskates of all time; they never have more than one delivery driver on their “busiest” nights, which, granted, feels like every single time you decide to order from them.

This place is awful. The past 3 times we’ve been they’ve given our order to THE WRONG PERSON! We order online and go in once the app lets us know it’s ready. LITERALLY the past 3 times our food is missing and then we have to wait even longer. Today was the last straw, they gave my order to the wrong person and on top of that IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER. We’re done with Dominos. Y’all need to get it together, it’s honestly embarrassing to have 4 employees leaning on the front counter and giving out the wrong orders when the name is clearly on the tickets. Do better!

I’m not sure what has happened to Dominos lately. New management takeover maybe? Up until a few weeks ago it was great! The past few times I have ordered a pizza, though, the whole store has been chaos whenever I go to pick it up. EXTREMELY LONG wait times (like over an hour to pick up one medium pizza I ordered online), staff standing around in the store, but most of them not doing anything. Pizza orders backed up for miles with angry customers in the lobby having waited hours to pick up their pizza, and yet still I was watching and only saw about 1 pizza coming through the oven every 5 minutes or so!? Not sure where the bottleneck in their system is, but they really need to get that sorted. If they truly have that many orders those pizzas should be coming out of the oven one right after another and every worker should be hopping!
With all that being said, the pizza still tasted good. I just really don’t understand the sudden change in timing and process. It would help A LOT if they got the app functioning better so that it at least shows more accurate wait times and shows estimated wait times BEFORE I place my order.

Went to get pizza at 12am because my little sister has been in the hospital all night and as we asked for sauce, both employees looked at each other & started snickering while one of them rolled their eyes while slapping the sauces down on our box… The place wasn’t busy, they weren’t working “extra” hard either. Just rude kids who didn’t want to do their jobs.

Went in there on Sunday night, heard some guy with red beard talking about a minor and how there gonna catch a charge? He was talking with a skinnier man with a black beard and tattoos. That is just unacceptable behavior for a workplace. Besides that food was good. Definitely need to get that figured out tho..
