Food is great, but service is poor, Tanya is fast but inefficient with making sandwiches. I get it if there are several people but no one was in the line. I’ve gotten food here many times and it is always the same, I’m almost to a point to not go in and order if I see her behind the counter. Good sandwiches but not great service.

I placed an online order on 5/24/23 and when I went to pick the order up, the store was closed unexpectedly due to a staff emergency. I reached out to the owner who said I would be refunded, and thanked me for being understanding. A week later, no refund. I reached out again asking about my refund, and was told they would put the money back on my card. Another week goes by and I reach out AGAIN. No response from the owner and still no refund. Very unprofessional

Honestly, I don’t ever write bad reviews about anyone only because I do understand we all may just be having a bad moment. Well, unfortunately, today was different. I was on my phone getting an order for a family member, but mind you, I was no where near the counter interrupting anyone and their order. So finally, when I was ready to order, I approached the counter where the worker just abruptly says, “are you ready to order?” I, calm and polite responded, “yes ma’am. May I please have a 6” steak and cheese on…” and I was rudely interrupted by her with a “we don’t have steak or any rotisserie chicken..” Ok fine. I’ll let that slide once again with her attitude so again I stepped away from the counter and called my family member to tell her that there wasn’t any steak of rotisserie chicken. So the worker continues to serve others, which I totally didn’t mind, and I noticed she wasn’t pleasant to the other customer as well. As I was still on the phone trying to get my family’s order she said “are you gonna order now?!” That was it, I’m not going to have you talk to me like I’m a bother to you. So I simply turned around and said no thanks.

Don’t bother ordering with the app. It’s never ready. We always have to wait To pick it up at the pick up time and she doesn’t ever even start it til we tell her we have a pick up. Most annoying. Twice they’ve been out of Italian herb and cheese, so they waited to start the whole order instead of just that particular sandwich until I was there. Food is always good, just saying the app is a waste of time.

What’s not to like about Subway? The employees can make it or break it, and these were good ones. I like my pizza crispy and never doughy, and they didn’t blink an eye when I asked for extra time in the oven. Good job.

Looked like two 16 year olds running the whole store by themselves. Kept giving sassy side eyes to each other. These guys didn’t know how to make anything on the menu. Which is like basic training for any restaurant.
It felt like going to mcdonald’s, ordering a big mac, and then having the employee ask you every little ingredient that goes on a Big Mac because they don’t know. I understand if it was an employee in training, but these two were clearly considered competent enough to run a store by themselves.
