Order said 35-46 min sitting at 1 hour and 49 min and still says prepping food also been on hold with them for 10 min. Never use to have this problem with this store ordered with them multiple times never again

Worked here and just quit due to horrible management. First off the boss of the district manager shows up and decides that a cheesy bread order is not up to his standards when it was already supposed to be out for delivery. He then proceeds to boast about how good he is at making cheesy bread for a few minutes before actually making a replacement all the while the delivery timer is ticking. Then during the dinner rush was told by the general manager to never answer the phone to take an order when they’re busy, which is part of the job now since they got rid of the call-center for orders. Will never work for or order from this cluster**** of a location ever again.

Our pizzas were so greasy and soggy they were uneditable. We had them remake us new pizzas which was a second trip back to the store and the new pizzas were only slightly better and ended up in trash. I’ve had two bad experiences at this store and will never go back.

I like the closeness of this location. I always do carryout cause it seems faster then delivery. But they are always ready when I arrive. They forget the ranch and marinara sauce about half the time. But the staff is always friendly and nice when I go in. And the order is right.

We were thrilled when this location opened. Pizza delivery in our area!!! It started out great. The last several times, however, not great at all. My food is tired looking cold when it arrives. Cold. The last time it sat in the store for an hour before delivery picked it up. I know this because the tracker tells you when it’s out of the oven. It’s really disappointing. I’m currently not willing to risk another disappointment.

So, I gave this Domino’s about 4 chances. Every pizza I order (delivery) ends up having huge dough bubbles causing the miniscule amount of toppings to slide off to one side. Their “extra” cheese is about the same as other pizza joints standard amount. They burnt my wife’s pizza yesterday. I gave 2 stars because their sandwiches and cheesy bread are ok.

Don’t ask me why I ordered wings from a pizza place. Or why I ordered anything from here. The pizza was cut so terribly it had to have been on purpose. And not to mention everything being cold after later finding out I was the 3rd stop.. My food sat in the car for almost an hour. I live 7 minutes away!

I was a first-time app user and orderer and although I got it done, it was a little daunting. The gluten-free crust option didn’t make things easier, but it was still quite an obstacle course. The second time through should be easier. We paid nearly $50 for two pizzas (one GF and one regular) and two salads, and when we got home, the lettuce inside one of the salads was all brown. The regular pizza was a large all meat pizza which was about $15 of the $50, and it was good, but the rest of the order not so much. If we go back, we will stick to the core menu items.

Update: I would give zero stars if I could. I unfortunately am not able to order carry out at my favorite Harrison location so needed to order delivery for my kids from this location and they continue to cancel my order. I place another and boom, canceled. I try to call and nothing. This location is terrible and cannot believe they are still open. Best of luck in the future, not sure how much longer you all will stay open with this terrible service. Thank goodness for Papa Johns.

Horrible location, extremely congested traffic flow…plan time getting in and out of here if on any kind of lunch hour. Received a cold, burnt sandwich made by a teenager that was more interested in serving his friends pizza inside the store. Ordered extra meat and received no extra. Very disappointing. A do not return here.
