I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to the Dominos in Mountain Grove on a Monday at 12:30. There was no one there waiting. My girlfriend and I stepped in and stayed back from the counter to look over the menu, however, after only about 2-3 minutes, the cashier started rushing us in a very rude tone. When we decided what we wanted under pressure from the cashier, we said something they didn’t have. The cashier acted offended that we ordered something they didn’t have, which is completely unprofessional. We continued to be nice to her but she didn’t have the same respect for us. We will not be ordering from this Dominos again, and will consider the franchise as a whole when ordering pizza again.

Very poor customer service. Guy at wondow had noclue what was going on. Had us park then walked out to car to tell us to come in to get the pizza. Why couldn’t he have brought it out? He told us he would. Plus $48.00 for a pepperoni pizza and an “extravaganza is waaaaay over priced. AAAAAND NO SAUCES EVEN THOUGH WE PAID FORTHEM

Open until 11 on Saturday night but that’s not exactly true. They will deliver until 11 but carry out closes at 10. Apparently it’s too much to have someone carry walk a pizza over to a window but yet they can deliver.

I worked at domimos for 3 years as manager. I’ve never seen such poor customer service from the one in Mountain Grove. They never answer their phone and are always rude. You pull up to the drive through and they just sit and look at you don’t say anything. Just placed an order tonight and received the wrong order and there was no tag on the boxes. That’s how orders get messed up and people get irritated. Wish someone would step in and fix their store.

Tonight, JACKIE was rude and short with every answer she gave. This was not the first time either. She needs to have someone else answer the phone if that is how she is going to talk to customers.
