We tried On Demand Sushi and was very pleased with not only how it tasted but really surprised at the excellent presentation of to go sushi and the service as well! Five stars for a good new neighborhood sushi spot with fresh fish. I’ve been here a few times and have never left disappointed. I highly recommend the jalapeño yellowtail carpaccio. We went crazy and got a boat! My favorite specialty roll on the menu is the Double Yellowtail roll. Ordering Sake? Go big and get the Drunken whale. Yum!!! Kanpai!!!!

We ordered takeout from this Las Vegas restaurant recently. This was our second time ordering from there, and we were just as pleased this go around. Both times, the orders were properly prepared at lightning speed. Food wise, it’s great and high quality. I would highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for sushi.

On Demand Sushi in Southern Highlands is fabulous! Absolutely one of my favorite local spots and the ownership and staff are great! Wonderful customer service, High quality seafood and beautiful presentation. Be sure to try the Avocado Bomb, Fire Tempura Crunch Roll, and Chanel Roll.

Great flavors. I assume the owner was the guy that kept coming over and chatting. Very nice guy. We went here for my best friend’s birthday and the server kept forgetting her food. I ordered the clam chowder bites and they came out cold. BUT, everything else was so flavorful and great! The chef team were really good! Presentation was good. I would absolutely go back.

I am overjoyed to have a sushi restaurant so close to home. The fish was high grade, fresh and melts in your mouth! No frills here but none needed because the quality of the food speaks for itself. We ordered several rolls (2 spicy roles ), albacore carpaccio, tuna poke and the avocado bomb. Would order all of the things again! The staff and sushi chefs were welcoming and kind. The booths were very comfortable to sit at and we really enjoyed our experience here.

Definitely the best sushi place in Southern Highlands. You can taste how fresh it is. We had the head chef make us whatever he wanted he came back with delicious creations off the menu. I highly recommend doing that. Tell the server what you like and the head chef will take care of the rest!

Hidden Gem alert! Had the AYCE during lunch and it was amazing. The atmosphere was laid back and non rushed. Portions were very generous and the quality of the fish was great. The staff was attentive and kind. Drink specials almost every day of the week (2 for 1 Sake on Sundays), which is always a plus in my book. My family and I will definitely be dining here more often.

Friendly atmosphere with staff and chefs that treat you like familia ! Every time my wife and I visit, we order the Tiger roll. Since coming here, they even named a sushi plate after my altar ego “King Ching”. Which I HIGHLY recommend .
