Placed an order for cheesy bread & 1 large pizza at 6:28 pm. It is 8:14 & the tracker still says “Prep”. No one is answering the phone. We’ve been loyal customers, always tipped, never really complained. This is rude. No phone call. No explanation. No pizza.

Inconsistent and usually something is wrong or missing. I used to order a lot I can’t justify the cost when they make mistakes every time and leave huge bubbles in the crust that ruin the toppings. One of the pizzas was raw. Out of 4 pizzas one was as ordered but they did not cut it.

One of the worst domino’s I’ve ever ordered from. The app said it would be 45 mins. Called after a hour went by to see where it was and was told it would be ready for another 45min. This has happened multiple times. Almost every time I order from them there’s something wrong. Either very very long delivery times or pizza is cold and it’s probably cold cause the people bringing it to u don’t knock on the door they just throw it on the front porch and walk away. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

This store is so horrible order off the app for delivery, food shows and nothing is right. I have been on the phone for over an hour sitting on hold and can’t get ahold of anyone in the store to make my food right. Havent gotten to speak to a single person. They refuse to answer. Thanks to them me an my daughter can’t eat on Mothers Day cause of their mistake that could kill the both of us if we eat it and have no car to take the food back. When I try to report a problem through the app it only wants to offer 20% off future order. I just want food to eat on mothers day with my child. Oh and that was the last of my money til payday. What a wonderful way to treat your customers.⁸

We placed an order days in advance on the app for a class party of kindergartners. They delivered to the wrong address and told me it was not their fault it was the computer system having issues. No refund, no effort to make it, just a poor teacher left in a panic that her entire class didn’t bring lunch because she promised pizza. I’m disgusted by the lack of concern.

Worst experience ever! We were missing a topping on our pizza. We asked to be credited for the missing topping and the manager became irate and in the end told us to get pizza from Papa Johns instead if we don’t like the service there.

If you want to wait an hour under heat lamps to find out your delivery order won’t even be delivered for another 45 minutes, then have to drive to go get it, just to get a soggy pizza that literally falls through the crust, or the thin crust being one solid slab that you have to break apart…. then, when you call the manager he hangs up on you not once… but twice… this is your place!!!! Refuses a refund. Told me to call corporate. Deal!! Horrible food and service.

Very disappointed. I went to use the app and it said you don’t deliver to my location. I knew that was wrong as I’ve been using this app to order pizza for years no problem. So I called to confirm and they will deliver to us. All was good so I said I’d call back to place my order. I called back but this time I got a person who barely spoke english and who had a hard time understanding me so I hung up and tried again. This time I pressed 2 instead of 1 to place an order. I got someone who works there verses a call center. She takes my order and said it will be about 40 min. An hour later still no food. I called to see where our food is and she said “Oh sorry, it going in the oven now, we are really busy should be there in about 20 min.” Another 30 min later and still no pizza. So this time my husband calls and they said “oh it just left.” When asked why they told us 40 min, he said it was the call center who does that. Which in fact it wasn’t the call center it was an actual staff person at the location. Anyway, we asked for some kind of refund or a credit and he said no we can’t do that. A few minutes later our pizza arrives. Pizza was great just an hour 45 min late. I believe there should have been some kind of restoration for how long it took. If they were so busy, then let us know when we call to place our order instead of telling us 40 min. We had plans and 40 min worked for us not and hour and 45 min. We would have done something else.

I told my wife to order whatever she wants, when the driver showed up, I was in the garage and excepted the order, not knowing that there was two items, missing, on top of that the crust and bread of the pizza or Dowie, and other cooked, I sat on the phone for 20 minutes on hold before giving up, with all the horrible reviews and inconsistencies, you would think they would fire all the managers and start fresh, it’s not that hard to double check a ticket and make sure that you have the entire order delivered
