I waited an hour and a half and the pizza was not even in the oven. When I called to check on it (twice) nobody answered. I wish there was a way to cancel the order after being lied to about the wait time. I had to drive all the way over there (5 miles) just to cancel the delivery order. Fun stuff. I guess I have the freedom to never do business there again.

Was hung up on after complaining that it took over 2 hours for carry out that app said would take 20 min. Didn’t answer when trying to call back. The worst customer service I’ve ever received. Said she was the only person working on a Saturday night. (Not true, there were about 6 employees in store). Pizza still hasn’t shown up and they stole our money.

Wow! What amazing customer service Godfrey, IL Dominos has! I just ordered for pick up. Unlike most places, I had three cheery faces great me and welcome me in. They were so kind as to help to me what I needed and went above and beyond in their service and attitude! This place os in serious need for new management. Workers don’t communicate with each other. Employees running around aimlessly getting nothing accomplished. Carside was 30 min late bringing my pizza out. That was after i was handed someone elses order the lady said “what did you order”? I gave my name & she said oh yeah were out of chicken. No one bothered to call me. I put order in 1 hour ahead. What a joke!!! When my pizza finally came out to me at my car, it was all wrong. No provel & crust was wrong. General manager has no clue what his employees are doing or he just doesnt know how to streamline things so everything runs smooth. Corporate HELP them!!!!

Placed an order a few weeks ago.. entire order burnt. Called manager, she issued me a credit. Went tonight to redeem said credit and they burned everything again. I threw the whole order away. No mask.. no gloves while making food. I have that on video also.

Tried ordering online first but wouldn’t go threw so we tried calling but also didn’t get threw we was determined to have domino’s so we stopped in and ordered. While waiting to place order we noticed a coupon and when the guy came to take our order we told him we wanted to use said coupon it had no expiration date on it. He proceeded to grab all the coupons up including the one we handed him and say no you can’t use that. Absolutely rude and first experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant or store where they refuse to honor any coupon or sign that wasn’t clearly expired. So I didn’t argue I just said fine and placed my order . He came back ten minutes later to say he had to do order again cause the Apple Pay wasn’t working and payment didn’t go threw so after 11/2 hrs of trying to order and get our pizza we waited we finally received our order.I’m tempted to contact headquarters I’m so upset and dissatisfied. I’m adding a picture of coupon .

One time I ordered a pizza they said it would take 45 minutes ⏲️⏲️⏲️ but then it took 110 minutes the receipt printer had 30 feet of paper hanging out of it the manager was very sad when I got my pizza it was 40% crust I called Dominoes ☎️☎️☎️ and they added a free pizza coupon to my account but when I ordered another pizza they said I didn’t have a coupon so now I get pizza from Casey’s General Store ⛽⛽⛽ it tastes better anyway

Ordered pizza well done, was delivered doughy and undercooked, cooked less than even normal. Call the store? Immediately put on hold, then disconnected and no answer when I called back. Brownie was literally not cooked all the way. Pictures for proof. First pic is what they advertise online. Second is my “well done” doughy undercooked slab of dough. Third pic is the 1/4inch thick undercooked brownie. Cant call the store without being hung up on, can’t talk or handle it online bc they say call the store, so whatever. No more dominos for me.
