I had to record the conversation just to get resolution after 20 minutes of going back and forth.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this location. My order contained plastic in the pizza, which is a serious safety concern. When I called to report it, the staff was dismissive, unhelpful, and never once apologized.
I was repeatedly told someone would call me back instead of resolving the issue immediately. The situation dragged on for over 20 minutes with no accountability, no urgency, and no empathy. I had to push just to get a partial refund for the affected pizza.
Customer service was poor, and the lack of concern over food safety was alarming. I will not be returning.

Geez Dominoes! I ordered your loaded chicken-sweet bbq bacon and I got 6 pieces of chicken. There was a time when the entire box would be full with the chicken. Why are you giving out rations now? I am displeased with the amount of chicken that I got. Please fill the entire box, not just the middle of it.

The customer service is extremely terrible. I am a former employee of dominoes and I understand how service works. However, I took my son in to bring him to get him some food after school and I was told that we could not place an order at the counter only online. I think that is preposterous and as I said, I am a former employee so I know that that is false Information. I Don’t believe that corporate would approve of such information horrible horrible service. I’ll never shop at this location ever again and personally I believe that there should be an employee review done as fast as possible because you will lose money.

I was at Salk Trai in Rich Park ill. The service was extraordinary. Even answering the phone they were polite, patient, explaining to customer deals. Even when I asked for the manager he was making the dough when i asked manager. Please let them know they did an outstanding job.

They have great specials and the cost is not too expensive. In comparison to little Cesar’s, Domino’s is higher bill.
The pizzas are made fresh from orders and they deliver on most eater apps.
I don’t eat pork so they have options to accommodate my needs. Just more concerned about them cooking my food with the food that has pork on it. That’s not okay with me.

I always order carry-out, food always piping hot. The pizza SLAPS. I usually don’t expect much from fast food places, yet here I am, amazed how good the food is. Haven’t had a bad experience yet, keep up the great work

I think maybe I just have bad luck right now. Usually they are always on point and get my order correct but the last two times I have received the wrong pizza through delivery. It was supposed to be spinach and pepperoni. Tried to take a bite to see if I would like it anyways and I didn’t. I still would recommend this location tho.

Ordered online, pizzas were half off. Great prices. Got to place and the payment machine had me try again. The guy was kinda pushy, there was only one cashier working. He didn’t even give me a receipt! I had to ask for one!
The pizza was pretty good. Although once I got home it was not as warm as I hoped, and I live 5 minutes away. Was kinda doughy, could’ve used a few extra minutes in the oven to get the dough just right. Other than that will come back.

Best fast food pizza on the planet. Fast and super quality ingredients. The staff is super friendly. There hand tossed is our favorite. There chicken hand tossed with Alfredo sauce is amazing!!!
