Another update. How bad has it gotten for your business? A person pays 40 bucks for pizza, waits for it, receives it, asks for packet of pepper flakes and gets told you have to purchase them? What? Seriously? Forty bucks and now you want me to purchase pepper flakes? I tip every time i go there, at least once a week. Want to bet if you ever get another one? Thanks, saves me over 5 bucks per visit!!!

ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni and had to wait 15 minutes to pick it up because the pizza portal seemingly never works. someone also cut to the front of the line and the cashier didn’t say anything about it and catered to them despite them cutting in line. the pizza i was given was completely wrong, it barely had any cheese and literally only 1-5 pepperonis on it. (i ordered an extramostbestest pepperoni). went back to the store to change it and after i told the cashier to remake my order i waited for 15 minutes then asked the cashier for a follow up on my remake and they went to check and came back and said they forgot to tell the employees to remake my order and laughed about it, completely unprofessional. i waited 35 minutes for a remake of my pizza, also the remade pizza i got was overcooked. when this place gets busy everything just falls apart and orders come out wrong or completely overcooked. they are constantly understaffed and im guessing underpaid, if they were paid more i think the pizzas would come out in better shape and be made with more care. i do not recommend risking spending your money here for a potentially incorrect, overcooked, or poorly made order.

Pizza was super hot and fresh. Pizza crusty was perfectly crispy. Ricky was super kind and had superb customer service skills. He made the experience 10x better. Will definetly be coming back here.

Little Caesars is great when you order ahead but can be a wait when you walk in and order. Regardless they’re still quick and convenient! Food gets a 5 from cause i think their stuff crust pepperoni is the best available! I love it!

Are they supposed to use gloves? Because last time I checked anyone working in the “Food service” needs to use gloves and a hair net.
I saw this young kid rub his hands all over his hair and went back to grabbing the tongs for the bread (with no gloves) bagging the bread and moving on.
I personally do not want someone’s lice or whatever hair dandruff on my food.

Ive never left a bad review but this one was needed. I ordered at 5 and didnt get my food till 6:15. I mean i didnt expect it to be instant but that was rough, especially with everyone else getting there food within 15 minutes who came after you. There was even a guy that was there before me and I got my food first! So he must have been waiting 1 hour+. The poor 2 young girls at the front are running the whole store while 8 employees in the back make the same pizza over and over that no one is ordering. All i suggest is that the management figured out how to spread their employees out and complete orders as they come in. Bravo to those girls up front though! They did their best.
