The employees here like to spit on their customers after not delivering their orders and not giving the proper information for the customer to file a complaint, and then they call the police on the customer and lie to them about it. Who knows that they actually do to the food here. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

Worst service ever. I placed a delivery order, they called me and told me the driver wasn’t available and gave me the option to do carry-out or cancel the order. I said carry out was fine, and they told me to come in fifteen minutes. I showed up 10 minutes after the phone call and THEY CLOSED. the manager should have just told me they needed to cancel the order instead of making me drive all the way there for no damn reason. Super upset by this experience. Would not recommend this location at all.

Short staffed… which we all understand, but they have poor communication, rude staff and management. Placed online order and was immediately call and yelled at by them for ordering too much. (3 pizzas (1-2 topping), brownie, garlic knots and some wings. This was for my son’s birthday and we were happy to come by and pick it up ( delivery driver)..but they scolded us on the phone for placing such a large order and hung up on us when we questioned if they were looking at the right order when he said we placed a 7 pizza order. Called a couple days later to talk with the manager and she was cold as ice and said there is nothing she can do at this point and her employee did nothing wrong. Customer service skills are dead here!

Does this look like it was made with love? This is sad to receive, as I am a kind paying customer who tips well. I had a long day and I wanted to order pizza to enjoy amongst my family. I requested buffalo, and there is no buffalo at all, and for some reason they added tomatoes. Something needs to be done about the supervision of this store. Who does quality control? How are “employees” allowed to send this out on delivery? I am very disappointed. Very disappointed at the disrespectful inconsiderate employees who approve of this terrible pizza. I wasted my money. I will be making a point of this when I launch my corporate complaint. I felt compelled to write this review as I am thoroughly dissatisfied. I believe a 5th grader could make a better pie than Joann. ZERO STARS

I’ve been a regular customer of this south moorhead Dominoes location for a few years now. Always had a good experience except for tonight. I live in an apartment building & ALWAYS put a note on my order to “please call when you arrive & i will come to the door as my buzzer does not work.” (I also prepay for the pizza & include a tip.) My delivery driver tonight was Brandon & he called me when he arrived and said “uhh this is Dominos & we don’t come into apartment buildings so if you could meet me at the door.” So I came down to the door & he said that the drivers dont enter apartments for their own safety (which is fine) but didnt need to be rudely said to me over the phone when i put a note on my order that said Id come down & meet you at the door since my buzzer does not work. I never expected him to come into my apartment building?? Not impressed with Brandon. He was impolite. I wont be ordering from Dominos again. Wow

Edit: Watch your CC charges! Husband was alerted of charge increase for order 2 days ago. I looked at email receipt and saw the store added their own $7+ tip for our pickup order. Called the store but all manager could do was offer credit but I refuse to go back to a place that steals from their customers. Calling corporate to talk to them as when I completed check out, the balance that I agreed to is not what I was charged. Manager was nice but said unfortunately couldn’t go back 2 days to issue refund (offered credit tho but was not wanting a credit on a future pizza). There was no place to leave a tip when I checked out for pick up so we are thinking they didn’t give paper receipt to my husband and filled it in themselves??? Or the app has a hidden add on??? I don’t know what to think but I feel disappointed as this has never happened to me before anywhere and now I need to watch my receipts and cards even more when ordering from places that I thought we could trust. Watch your wallet if ordering from here.

I loved this Dominos for many years, but the last four times I’ve ordered from here, it has been disgusting. The cheese has been the worst part lately- two of my recent pizza orders were practically missing the cheese and two had way too much cheese. The toppings have also been very unpredictable in amount- always too few or way too much.
