Extremely disappointed. We have ordered delivery many times online. We always are notified when the driver is in our neighborhood. Today, no notice. When I finally went outside to check it was on the steps as we requested. However it was cold. The salad I got had a smashed tomato and the onions were old and runny. The pizza had to be cut because they hadn’t sliced through the bottom crust. And the crust was soggy. Plus we found a hair in the pizza. When I spoke to the manager on duty he said it is the fault of the app, not the store. No offer of refund or credit of some kind. I am extremely disappointed! We will not order from them again.

I ordered 3 pizza’s 3 orders of lava cakes and a serving of pasta. Once I received the order we were missing the pasta. I called the location and spoke with a woman and let her know our pasta was missing. She asked for the address, said she’d send one out and promptly hung up on me. I called back to speak to a manager to which she said she was one i originally thought i spoke with a teenager. I told her that I needed to know how long it would take and that I dont appreciate being hung up on. She said she didn’t know because they were just putting it in. This was after my order sat in the “quality check” portion on the order tracker for sometime. The entire time she was extremely short and had an attitude with me. I spent 2 years in retail and couldn’t imagine handling a customer like this.

Not sure what they do that sets them apart but I can’t bring myself to even give another pizza place near me a chance. Everything I get from here whether it’s pizza, pasta, bread, or of course the lava cake is perfect. Delivery always seems to be faster than it should take to cook it but it’s always done to perfection. By far the best pizza I’ve had in ages and it’s always consistent. Thanks to the staff there!!

I suggest no one ever order from here. In the directions for contact less delivery I said place.on chair and ring door bell. For the third time they didn’t ring the door bell. Then I call and explain what was wrong to the manager and she hangs up on me. I will never order from here again. Looks like Pizza Hut will be getting my business from now on
