The Food was so hot and so fresh, it was ready very fast. I got a medium pizza and parmesan bites. Super light and fluffy on the inside and satisfyingly crisp on the outside, like a beautiful baguette, not crunchy but there was a very nice sound when biting down. Very flavorful. It smwlled amazing inside, It was my first time at this location and I am extremely pleased! Customer service was great and super friendly. 10/10, I’ve never been to a better dominos.

I love this Domino’s! They make the best cheesy bread and pizzas. I do have to say a few years ago, it was not that good at all. They never got the order right, the food didn’t taste the same and the people working there didn’t seem to like their jobs either but this past year and half they really stepped up their game and the food is consistently delicious and the people who work there all seem happy to be there and are very friendly to talk to. It’s easy to use their app to order and there’s always a deal offered on the app too, plus you earn points to go towards free food whenever you make a purchase using your domino’s account. Overall this place is well organized, and definitely priced right for the quality of food they offer.

Picked up my pizza to go. Had to drive 30 min to home. Looked forward to pizza. We started eating pizza and the pepperoni tasted off, like old or sour. Not good quality. Spoke with a woman manager and she said we can bring back for a replacement but I didn’t get a chance to tell her we live 30 min away. I told her I would freeze and bring it back when we get back to town. She said u can’t do that! You can’t get a free pizza because it tastes weird. I had one bite of the pepperoni and couldn’t eat it. My husband had one piece! I asked him if it tasted alright to him and he said no. Then she hung up on me!
Poor customer service. I wish I had charged it to a card because I would dispute it. I Paid cash. I’m praying we don’t sick!

The automated system is horrible. I wanted to know the current specials and wanted to make sure that I got a receipt when delivered. There is no human interaction just a drop off. If I had a human interaction with ordering and with the delivery driver, they would have gotten a cash tip that was larger than the one I left with the automated system.

Extremely disappointed. We have ordered delivery many times online. We always are notified when the driver is in our neighborhood. Today, no notice. When I finally went outside to check it was on the steps as we requested. However it was cold. The salad I got had a smashed tomato and the onions were old and runny. The pizza had to be cut because they hadn’t sliced through the bottom crust. And the crust was soggy. Plus we found a hair in the pizza. When I spoke to the manager on duty he said it is the fault of the app, not the store. No offer of refund or credit of some kind. I am extremely disappointed! We will not order from them again.

I placed a delivery order and waited for about 45 minutes. Finally I called the store and was told they were short handed. I was asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I told him it was too late to eat anywhere else and I wanted my food. I asked how long until my food would be delivered and he hung up on me. I called back and he lied saying that we were disconnected. Then he told me it would be ANOTHER 30 minutes and that my only option was to cancel the order. He said “I don’t have time to talk with you man.” He hung up on me again and I received a message from dominoes that my order was canceled. When I tried to leave a review on the app, it says I have to wait until my order is delivered.

Ordered take out. When got back to the hotel, opened the box, IT WAS THE WRONG PIZZA! Called and talked to the manager, she was way too stressed out by the issue. I needed to bring the pizza back to show her the pizza, so she could use it as a training moment. I am a customer. It appears that she deals with too many mistakes & maybe people trying to get a free pizza. So sorry that we had to settle with what we got, not what we ordered.
