The order app has been hit or miss if its up and working. I ordered a couple large pizzas EARLY right when the store opened using the app with a delayed pick-up time of 4:30. I get there, no order. I was informed that the genius manager shut the delayed pickup off at the store for the day and didn’t push a message out or notify me that it wouldn’t be ready. Instead I drive or 30 mins each way to find out I’ll have to wait almost an hour. I order from this location at least every couple weeks. Fix your technology!

Our food has been ready forverrrrr and there are 6 people working here and no one helped us we had to speak up and ask for help. We made eye contact with multiple of the workers and they just looked at us and looked away. This is ridiculous.

We have ordered from Hibbing Domino’s many times, on average one night a week. It was usually pretty good until recently. We ordered our usual pizza order and it was so bad neither of us could eat it!! We had gotten 2 medium pizzas, one new yorker and one hand tossed. The new yorker had hardly any sauce and it was supposed to have extra cheese but there was less than what the regular amount of cheese would have been. The hand tossed was so thin, no sauce, and tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for a week. Disgusting!!
I called to complain. They weren’t going to make it right…finally they offered to replace one of them. I kept on though because we paid for two pizzas, neither was edible, they needed to make it right!!! Finally he replaced both of them. Unfortunately they weren’t any better than the first two. We’re thinking they must have a new crew in there cause it was never like this. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time but come on! The replacements weren’t any better! I really don’t want to order from them again, it’s way too disappointing.

so my orders have been not coming right they give me a free pizza medium two topping I put it in the app it’s still charged me $4 for the pizza that’s not free like the coupon says and I only added two toppings it’s a free medium two-topping pizza All I ordered still got charged and this is after several messed up orders The second time I told him they had it wrong they told me they were sending me a coupon in the mail which they never did I never got that either this was the third time my order was wrong and it’s supposed to be a free pizza why did I get charged again horrible service horrible free item for not being free there’s nothing free about paying $4 when I’ve already paid $40 for my previous orders that were wrong One free two topping pizza thanks for the thought but if it was free I would have enjoyed it cuz that’s what the coupon said is that it was free and it was not again just tired of being lied to taken advantage of

Negative starts. If you want a pizza with no sauce except for around the crust and pay extra for a pan pizza they just put wayyyyy to much cheese on the hand tossed and put it in a pan pizza box. This is the 5th time they messed up. And tbh they just keep getting worse. And for the amount of time I waited I should’ve just gone to the gas station and bought a pizza…

So disappointing, ordered online stood at the front counter for 10min. 5 employees, made eye contact with 3 of them and not one greeted me. Finally one came over got my name grabbed my food which had been ready the whole 10mins I was standing there before greeted. Went home got 2 Philly’s and 2 pizzas. Pizzas were fine but one of the Philly had and I kid you not 3 little pieces of meat, 6 pieces of green pepper 3 mushroom slices, and 7 slices of onion. I was gob smacked so much so I wrote a review.
