I’ve ordered quite a few times from this location. Very typical for them to cook the pizza right away and then it just sits in “quality check” for 30+ minutes. By the time you get the pizza, 30-60 mins after the app said it would arrive, it’s cold. Never had this issue ordering from other locations; delivery time was usually pretty close to what the app told you.

Our order was delayed, and while waiting inside with my children, my 4-year-old daughter urgently needed to use the bathroom.
We were told the restroom was “employees only.” One employee was kind enough to ask the manager if an exception could be made because she is only four years old. He refused and told us to drive to a gas station a mile away.
My daughter ended up having an accident.
What was most upsetting was the manager’s response afterward. When I explained what happened, he showed no concern, offered no apology, and simply repeated “company policy” without even acknowledging the situation.
Policies are one thing, but basic human decency and judgment—especially toward a small child—should matter too. This was handled extremely poorly.

They don’t know how to make a pizza. If you drive to the new Brighton location, you will get significantly better food quality. Here, they serve a substandard pizza every single time. Total garbage, I’m surprised dominos allows this horrible quality control.

I ordered 2 pizzas, Mac & Cheese and a few more items… nothing with sausage yet, both pizzas and the mac and cheese had sausage pieces in them. I come to this location a lot. Thursday night I submitted my order and a Blonde woman yelled “we’re closed” when I came to pick up my box. The sign on the door was open when I came in, the doors were not locked, and the lights were on. Listen, I’m not one to write bad reviews because I also work in the service industry and I get it. But this store said midnight and I’d suggest to the owner to start closing at 11:00pm if truly close at midnight then keep your doors open for every guest. The other employees that work here are usually pretty cool. Just do better.

The food tasted great! However, the service is terrible. The driver was lazy and rude. If you aren’t going to do your job, QUIT. I paid a delivery fee and tipped to have my food handed to me at my doorstep. “I’m not going to come upstairs.” I told him there is an elevator he says, “I have so many orders to deliver, you’ll have to come down.” This is why no one pretips anymore.

The store has my order right everytime and the pizza delivery is timely. The staff can be overloaded and still get their job done. The location is clean but small. Prices always a great deal medium and large pizza deals. If you don’t know what you want they will assist with menu options.
