Worst delivery experience ever !!! My pizza was left on the very small step in front of my door so when I opened it my pizza fell out. I had to call a million times in order to get someone on the phone to have my pizza remade. When the remake pizza arrived this is how it looked when I opened the box ! I am usually very happy with dominos but tonight I am disgusted. My children love their pizza and when I’m too tired to cook dominos is our turn to. I order their pizza and I always get a salad for myself. When I opened my salad it was so distasteful, the lettuce was red/brown it was soggy underneath and I thought fine I’ll grab the lettuce from my fridge and cut it up and use the cheese tomato and the onion from the kit, it’s okay right?. Wrong! The tomato had mold growing on it and the onions were slimy. I called dominoes the first time was on hold 6 minutes a team member picked up and hung up the phone. The second time I called I was on hold for 15 minutes!! No one answered. I’m a pretty civil person, just credit me for a salad next time and I would have been fine, not anymore I want a refund. This is disgusting. I wish I could have gotten a better photo of the tomato and onion before my husband tossed it, but here’s the “salad” this is the hwy 100 location.

My pizza is always on time and great. Besides the Karen that was in there screaming at the employee’s who mind you were kids. Then screaming and threatening the manager. The customers suck. Come on we can do better as people. Great job guys I literally cone at least twice a month. I’m never disappointed. Start making your customers better.

Family deal ordered for lunch. They were short staffed on delivery drivers. We called when it was taking too long for delivery in fear of cold or soggy pizza. Pizzas arrived cold. Why even make them if you cant deliver them hot. OR Remake the order before sending the driver out with a cold order

Did Carside To Go it came out on time. The Sausage was really good it was cooked perfectly. They did move their location it’s not on Oklahoma anymore they’re on National across the street from Mcds.

I’ve been a dominoes loyal customer for a very long time. But today I did an online order that came out horrible. I ordered a medium pizza also ordered the three cheese dip that should’ve came with the Parmesan twist breadsticks. When I took my order home I noticed that one the cheese is burnt and there’s hardly any cheese, and also to make it worse Also I noticed that I was missing the Parmesan twist. I was very upset tried to call the store directly. I was hung up many times also was on hold for more than 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Sorry Domino’s but you are losing a loyal customer.

Pizza was delivered to wrong address. When I called to inquire how much longer the little girl who answered the phone started yelling at me. I told her to stop. As we were talking through it, she got louder and louder until she was yelling at me again. Horrible customer service. I won’t be going to this location ever again. I haven’t been to this location but I wish I would’ve went somewhere else further from the house. I ordered a thin crust Buffalo chicken pizza. It was completely burnt. When I went back to the restaurant to fix the issue it felt like they were waiting for me to come back and that’s a red flag already. Then the light skinned girl behind the counter said “You didn’t order any provolone, we all wondered why you wanted it like that”. How does cheese control time and temperature of the oven? If cheese had so much control then I’m going to need all the cheese you have to go back in time to slap myself for coming here. I won’t be back.
