I general like Domino’s Pizza, they have great deals, decent service and fast food. Today, they make my steak pizza wrong by putting chicken on it. We had no time to wait as it was a busy day for our family so no correction, nada. I know errors occur but sometimes it does get tiresome to have to check my orders as I receive them. In this case, my husband picked up the carryout order and did not check. But he was also the one most upset as it was his pizza. Always double check your orders before you leave any restaurant. This will not deter me from Domino’s unless it becomes a regular occurrence. Just disappointed today.

Two large pizzas with wings with coupons etc. 60.00 and it takes only two hours for them to try to convince you it’s normal for them to allow it to sit on the shelf for another 30 minutes waiting for a driver. If you decide to pick it up instead you will not receive your driver’s fee back. Sadly disappointed, not even an apology. 2hrs 53mins from order being placed to making the food make it in the door. Missing our 16 piece .

Getting a 1 star for the location on Broadway in council bluffs. Reason being i go there often when getting decent cheap pizza. Just last week I noticed a charge on my cc for $50+ and I havnt order there since the last time they burnt my pizza. I called and get told they have to ask management, now management says I need to just have my bank deal with it cause there’s nothing they can do. My biggest issue is your missing the big part I think and thats the fact if someone else stole my cc and somehow used it at the same dominos I go and you say there’s nothing you can do. How about check the cameras or check and see who was hired cause obviously its an employee or previous employee and the fact you dont care shows that my mo ey is better elsewhere…

Pizza was RAW. I actually don’t want my pizza in 20 minutes of that means it isn’t cooked! Also I ordered it “well done,” and I ordered the toppings on half only and plain cheese on the other half. Toppings were on all of it and there were way too many toppings, which probably contributed to it not cooking. Rgh. Delivery was fast, so…yay?

Very uncleanly. Order pizza from anywhere else, love Domino’s, but stay clear from here. I ordered here once and they messed up my order. The second time I ordered from here I waited for an hour, they sent out my pizza on accident. As I waited I witnessed many health code violations. Twisting dough while taking money, picking at an ear while touching orders, a pan fell down and set right back on preparation table, food everywhere all over the floors, too much to remember. I canceled the order and asked for a refund.

I received two pizzas that had all the toppings to one side, called and complained and wasn’t a big priority for the manager. Were told it would be an hour and a half to get replacement pizzas so we offered to pick them up instead of delivery and still an hour. Really disappointed in my pizza and the way it was handled.

Two different experiences here. Not very sure how they’re still up and running with all the health code violations (Their corporate inspection is 36 out of 100). My first time ordering for delivery my driver was Blaze I was missing a whole pizza, and it came off like he ate it with the way he laughed at me when I said I was missing a pizza. It took a whole hour before I received my missing pizza. My second experience I did a carry out. People were vaping while making pizzas, and just propping the door open and smoking cigarettes in the door way. I seen flies every where and for some reason I still wanted to order but when I went up to order I seen someone who was making the pizzas digging into a bunch of toppings that just fell off all the pizzas and putting them back into the prep containers that go on new pizzas. I most definitely left and will never return.

absolutely would not recommend this location. My pizza was delivered a lot later than it was supposed to be, over an hour – we needed it to be delivered within the time they said it was because It was ordered when I was coming home from having surgery. It was over an hour late, I already had to get home and sleep after surgery so I wasn’t even able to eat it since it was so late . But on top of that, I called to ask for a refund and was told that the store owner was contacted. He never contacted me back. I will never be Ordering from this location, on top of that I don’t think that I’ll ever be eating at Domino’s again because This is not the first time we’ve had really bad issues with this location.

Absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered online and received my delivery order in a timely fashion. I check for my sauces I ordered (they always forget) and I was missing two. In search of the sauces I checked my pizza box to find this pizza! However it happened most of the sausage fell off. I let the driver know since he was still there as I was opening boxes and all he said was basically, “oh well. Not my fault.”

I called at 10:10 PM to request my sauces as well as a new pizza. The “manager” stated they would replace it in around 25 minutes. 45 minutes later I have nothing. I call the store and no answer. For 15 minutes I called and no answer. I emailed the GM my issue and received no response. I emailed the franchise company about my issue. No response.

Never will THIS store receive ANY of my hard earned money again. It’s a joke they have the right to call themselves Domino’s. I worked at one for 3 years and nothing that they do there would ever fly at the one I was at.

(This incident happened a week ago. I gave the franchise owners plenty of time to resolve this issue)
