I love dominoes pizza but tonight I was not impressed my large thin crust was a pepperoni and mushrooms and barely had any mushrooms at all and it was cold I would not have eaten it but we all were starving after trick or treating and didn’t want to wait for a new pizza to be delivered because had to get kids to bed. Both pizzas were cold when they arrived I have never gotten a cold pizza from dominoes before. Other pizza had pineapple on it and had just the right amount so I don’t know what happened or why it was cold. Delivery driver was friendly and nice.

We ordered a couple pizzas tonight along with garlic knots. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with bacon and a cheese pizza. Are pepperoni and bacon pizza did not have the bacon on it so I called to let them know. They did not believe me whatsoever and acted like I was stupid and said there was no way that there could be no bacon on it and wanted me to bring the pizza in to show them. Obviously we had just left there and just got home and we were hungry so we weren’t going to waste the time to come all the way back there to prove that they didn’t put the bacon on there. Julie is an exceptional manager at this Dominos location! From the moment I walked in, I could tell the store was well-run under her leadership. The staff was friendly and efficient, clearly reflecting Julie’s management style.
What impressed me most was how Julie handled the busy dinner rush – she remained calm, professional, and kept everything running smoothly. She was attentive to customers’ needs while simultaneously supporting her team members

The pizza was prepared perfectly and arrived hot and fresh. When there was a small mix-up with my order, Julie personally addressed the issue and made it right immediately.
It’s clear that Julie takes pride in her work and truly cares about providing great service. Under her management, this Dominos consistently delivers quality food and excellent customer experiences. I highly recommend visiting while Julie is on duty!

Dominos is not my favorite for pizza, but overall, the family loves it. Kids like the stuffed crust. I enjoy their sandwiches. The hubby enjoys the pasta. They have a great delivery guy who’s super nice. Usually doesn’t take long to get. The drive thru is also handy.

Food is basic QSR pizza. It’s good for the category. We have ordered from the Spencer store dozens* of times and had egregious errors a couple of times, but Domino’s has made it right for us on each occasion by offering coupons, free pizzas, or Domino’s rewards points. Set proper expectations and you won’t be disappointed. Their coupons and special offers are top tier value!

I would give no stars if I could. I placed an order around 10:20pm. On my app it told me it was delivered and it wasn’t outside of my home, so I called them. They remade the food and I waited another hour. Still, no food arrived, so I called again. They told me the old food was still outside when new food came, so I was telling them they must have had the wrong place because I never once recieved my food. The guy working gaslit me and told me that the driver showed him a picture of my house where it was dropped, so I asked him to please explain the house. He said “cream colored 1 story house” to which i replied “No, I live in a 2 story house and my front porch light is on”. He immediately hung up on me for no reason. I have tried calling and calling and calling about my food i didnt get with them hanging up on me each time I called. One of my calls, a man answered and said “Hi, Domino’s, sorry we’re closed”…. it was 12:20am and they don’t close until 1am. My fiance had to walk around outside in the cold looking at other homes to find it a whole block away on 8th street when I very clearly told them my address and I have my address very clearly listed on the app on 7th st. My food is super cold, I’m angry, and the people that work at this location are extremely childish for not fixing a mistake they made, gaslighting me about my own address, and not answering the calls to resolve the issue. This store is a joke and unprofessionalism is gross. I will definitely be going in to talk to someone about this in the morning because I just wanted my food I paid for and tipped for. Instead, I got ridiculous workers that definitely shouldn’t have their jobs.

So I ordered at 5:14 p.m. we showed up at 5:39 p.m. at the drive-thru and the kid at the drive-thru said it’ll be ready in 5 to 7 minutes we pulled around to the front of the store and waited that 5 minutes I went in and checked and I was told another 7 to 9 minutes and our order was still sitting on the make table not even in the oven and they’re carry out time was 20 to 30 minutes still explain to me why I should give any kind of good review when I didn’t even get my order because I had to go back to work and had to settle for Taco Bell that messed our order up too. Seriously let’s get our crap together because of someone pulls up at the window that should be like a sign to put their order in the oven then not let it sit

I was so excited to get a Domino’s here in Spencer. It’s always been my favorite chain pizza place. This location doesn’t disappoint. Our food is always hot and ready when we go to pick it up. The people working there are always friendly, and we’ve had zero issues with anything.
It’s going to take some time to get everything up and running since they did just open, but it hasn’t been a disappointment so far.

They seriously had amazing pizza and I’m not sure what happened but I will have a hard time ordering from this establishment again. We received our pizza and the pineapple was ORANGE. I’ve always ordered pineapple and never had it this color. My Philly cheese steak sandwich (which I always order) was SLIMEY. Those that did eat got sick. I reported our issues and received no contact from them. They just do not seem to care about their quality anymore.
