Ordered gluten free with pineapple received gluten free with some kind of meat and I don’t eat meat and no pineapple …tried calling multiple times last night and this morning and no one answers the phone so I’ll have to stop in there sometime this week to get a refund… very inconvenient!

My hubs is epileptic, and hes the main cook in the house, I’m the child wrangler[Mama], sole driver of any kind, and I have chronic pain issues due to a lemon of a spine and I developed COPD living in the moldy[im allergic] house we lived in in WI, prior to being here in Ironwood, MI. I’m getting to the point don’t worry
Anyway, long story short. This dominos has brought us clearly made with love boxes of food when we order due to him having a seizure and me being sick near constant with my lungs acting up. They do so much more than just make good pizza fast, they give our kids their parents without them getting injured trying to cook when theyre really not ok, or being so weak they need oxygen because they pushed themselves too hard trying to do it all on their own.. they get the last bit of energy weve got at that point, and willingly, not so stressed knowing “Paul” or “Joe” is making it for us this time. What a relief! We may not always be able to afford it, so when we can and we need that grace, Domino’s it is!
Our GoTo: handmade pan with BBQ, cheese, pepperoni, and bacon our youngest has severe food aversions/ASD/sensory issues and she has a thing for the parm bites, but she’ll only eat them with a tiny folded napkin around one end of them. Some days have been so hard for her she’ll put one in my hand and direct me to give her a bite without saying a word. The fact shes willing to eat it means the Domino’s packaging is comforting and “safe” to her, shes a label checker. First time we ever ordered it it was because she kept pointing at boxes in people’s garbages when taking a walk and we tried it and shes been a fan ever since!! Small victories like this are honestly better than the big ones sometimes. Thanks for making that possible @DominosPizzaIronwoodMI!

update the manager mailed cash to us for the order, corporate said refunds are policy if they messed up a order, I’ll definitely never order again from this location after whoever answered the phone said bring back a delivery? No pick up the delivery! I’m not sure what happened to the Tip we prepaid for it’s not on the receipt? After working for a College Town pizza shop owned by Greeks who knew how to make pizza what I got was a insult to the trade, it wasn’t about the money or refund it’s about service and making something worth eating. It’s a small town we shouldn’t have bad chains like this one. Of you want a great pizza go-to Iron Nugget in Hurly it will be worth the wait.

We’ve ordered once a week or so since they opened. More than half the time, the delivery has been wrong. There will be items missing, wrong toppings on the pizza, wrong items delivered, getting mostly empty pasta dishes. We put up with it since they were a new business getting on their feet. But yesterday was the last straw. Not only was the pizza wrong, it took them an HOUR to make and deliver the correct one, and when they did it was COLD. I called them back and not only was the employee incredibly rude, he hung up on me and refused to answer when I called back. Neither the manager nor the owner will address the issue. Order at your own risk.
