Went to order a pizza and the guy who rung me up played around with the register and it ended up dropping on my phone. ended up having to repair my whole phone since it dropped on my phone and the screen. employee didnt apologize nothing.

Had an issue with our order. I called back and they fixed it and made everything right. Appreciate that kind of experience when a mistake is made. I wish I remember the names of the customer service reps! Very happy overall with how they resolved the issue and the pizza was spot on

.We havent ordered delivery in awhile and it was such a disappointment to get what we got last night and here are the reasons.
1. It arrived cold and we had to reheat it. I think it had to do with the door dasher having a moped. The puzza took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to get delivered. The ETA when ordered said 40 ’50 minutes
2. We requested requested classic marinara.but there was hardly any sause and it was dry.
What happened pizza hut? Yiu guys used to be good.

Friendly staff, quick service even when busy, easy to order online or at the cashier, clean and enough seating available without feeling crowded. We usually take out but have eaten lunch at tables sometimes.

Best Pizza Hut to go to especially after my kid’s games. The worker named Shawn or Sean (sorry I can’t remember) was so nice and patient when I was ordering. He made the atmosphere so welcoming! Definitely going here often

Horrible experience, poor customer experience, I ordered 2 medium pizzas the arrived stone cold and I spoke to the manager she was so rude and dismissive and not customer friendly at all ! I will never spend another dime with Pizza Hut!
I’m diabetic and I expressed that the manager stated that’s not my concern, I asked to speak with her manager and she transfer me to the call center and the call center was not helpful.
I will be reaching out to corporate office and let them know about the poor customer experience . Plus a refund

Pizza is always hit or miss regardless of who makes it. I have ordered from this location several times and it’s the people that make the difference. They have always greeted me with a smile and said simple things like: How are you, Have a great day/night etc. Things people are supposed to say but many times we forget.

The Sausage, Pepperoni & Mushroom pizza was piping hot when I got it home. The pizza was in its box inside a warming oven when I picked it up. Great idea! My sister is visiting from France & Tahiti. She was craving a great American, marinara sauce, based pizza. She got it last night. We all commented how delicious the pizza was. Thank you so much, Martin.

The personal pan pizza was disappointing. The order stated light cheese and there was extra cheese. Also, states extra mushrooms and charged for it and there were mushroom crumbs, it was minimal amount. Very disappointing. The pride in making Pizza Hut pizzas has declined. There was a time when pizzas from Pizza Hut was something to look forward to because of the quality of the pizza. Sad to say the spark in making enjoyable pizza and standing proud of the brand is not there anymore. If you need to contact me please feel free to.
