Always have had excellent service here as with most Wawa’s. Today I went to pay for my items and the cashier rang me up and noticed right away the total.was a bit higher then I normally pay. She went back, rescanned all my items, found that there really was a discount on my items and I was very impressed by that. Big props to the young woman cashier, and the whole staff, especially the management that trained and hired her. You guys are doing a wonderful job. Much respect. Thanks again.

I love Wawa! They have the best hoagies and the freshest hot coffee with all the flavors! Every time I go back east this is my first and last stop before flying home and I go as many times as my belly will allow me. I love their soft pretzels and the staff is always friendly and always working so hard keeping the store running smoothly. I wish they would open up stores here in California. Californians don’t know what they’re missing.

I am so tired of paying for things that are not right, I don’t order anything difficult, and I never give anyone a hard time, but I ordered a quesadilla and two packets of sour cream which they always put on the inside. They charge for these by the way, I get back to my office sit down to finally eat lunch and look inside, no sour cream. Doesn’t sound like a big deal but I won’t eat it without that so the whole thing is a waste for me now. I decided to do what I never ever do and call the store, I was really upset I can’t afford to waste food like that I work two jobs and don’t have a lot. The guy on the phone just says yeah I guess they weren’t in there, I tell him I can’t even eat it now and I can’t come back- dead silence, literally crickets. Obviously they can’t do anything about it but I”m upset and a simple sorry about that would have been all I needed but I couldn’t even get that. Disappointed in the crap customer service would be an understatement.

Normally I love the Wawas. Fuel up at them both the belt and the vehicles here regularly.
Last couple of times he especially for fuel the service has been poor.
On this trip, the fuel tech was too busy talking with an obvious friend, and was extremely slow to provide service.

We have gone to this Wawa for the past five years. Today was my first negative experience. The three women behind the sandwich counter were too busy joking with one another to take care of a busy lunchtime
clientele. We did eventually get our order but their incessant bantering delayed things unnecessarily.

At this point this wawa has made 3-4 mess ups on my to go orders. Missing items a lot, incorrect items (sent back order and they still got it wrong), today they missed half my order and messed up making the food on the other half. Not going to order them through door dash anymore which sucks because i order at least once a week.

In terms of Wawas, it’s a good one. Clean bathroom, plenty of parking all around. Lots of gas pumps and friendly workers. It’s also in a convenient location near the center of bay Ave and route 72. This location also has 2 free air pumps. Also, make sure to use the wawa rewards app to get points for your purchases.

best Wawa I’ve visited. Everyone is nice… even the customers hold the door for each other on the way in or out. It’s always well stocked and well maintained with 1 exception. I think an inspector would probably have a field day with the uncleanliness of the bathroom. Granted – it’s a ‘gas station’ restroom, but with the well maintained ‘store’ you’d expect better.
That aside, the experience has always been a pleasant one. Gas attendants are also friendly and fast.
I haven’t had a ‘prepared’ meal here – sandwiches, etc.. though they do look good and tend to do a decent business on the food front.

Incredibly rude service at the gas pumps. A young male attendant refused us service after we tried to pump our own gas, since it was very busy and no one came to help us. He immediately came at us with rude, unwarranted responses, despite us being respectful and trying to diffuse the situation. The manager did not seem to mind either, though it was busy and he was preoccupied running the inside. Living down here, we were frequenters of this Wawa for both food and gas, but will not be returning for either.
