I always order from this location and I always tip the driver very well. Well last night I ordered and they said it would be 30 minutes, a whole hour went by so I called and they said the delivery driver couldn’t find my house for some reason. So they said they were sending them back to deliver and that my food was fresh and still warm, I asked “did they remake it?”and he said “yes.” So , a whole other hour goes by, still not here. So I called AGAIN and they said “we have a new delivery driver, they’re not familiar with your area so I’m sending our other driver. “At this point I am so frustrated I didn’t ask if they were going to give me a discount or a refund I just wanted my food because I was starving and so were my kids. So , I literally live like 5 minutes away, 15 minutes or so passes by and my husband looks out the door and there’s the pizza just sitting on the porch on top of the snow, they didn’t even knock on my door to let it me know it was here. And I was STILL going to give them a good freaking tip. Like come on , guys what’s going on, get it together. And I want a refund!!!

Their delivery driver litterally came and sat in front of my house for 5 minutes and didn’t deliver any food. Completely stole it after being an hour late. Even marked the order as delivered. The Manager was useless and all he said was “well he has to come back here and I don’t know what happened.” Apparently wasting customer time and theft are acceptable at this location.

Pizza was missing toppings , employee insisted it was correct and that there was feta cheese under the toppings and refused to fix it stating he made it. Called on this two times with no assistance and wasn’t able to eat on my lunch break. Thanks a lot.

After placing an order for 2 pizzas and a side at 12:30pm for pick up at 5:30pm. One pizza wasn’t made the way I requested, as I had seen them put the garlic oil on that was not supposed to be there (order was hanging right in front of the person cutting/boxing, they looked at it multiple times and still put the garlic on it.) Person at the register puts my other pizza and side under the heat to keep it warm while other pizza is in the oven. They then remake said pizza, the correct way. I then get home to see that the second pizza is definitely not mine, nor the side is what I ordered. So, not only was my order messed up, but also the other person who was looking forward to a green olive, bacon, and sausage pizza. Called and was offered to come back, store credit, or refund. I took the refund option as I will no longer be placing orders with this franchise store. I apologize to the person who received my Philly steak pizza and Parm bites, I would have enjoyed them more, especially after looking forward to them for 5 hours.

Not sure what happened to this place. I would drive from the other side of town for this location over the one on Munson. Since the beginning of the year the food quality and customer service has experienced quite a fall off. From little to no cheese on any pizzas to just bad crust quality and little to no toppings. There are many familiar faces that I don’t see there anymore. Must have switched ownership. Probably won’t be back to this location.

We’ve been ordering from here periodically since the location opened. The staff are awesome and will make sure you get what you ordered fast! Could use more bacon on the thin crust pizza, but not complaining. I mean, who doesn’t always want more bacon, right? LOL. They are a well-oiled machine and the pizza and bread bites are amazing!
