Do NOT order ONLINE for delivery. CALL. The store can give you a more accurate idea of the wait time. IF you take your chances and merely order online, your time and money will be better spent walking in the dead of winter to a local gas station, buying a frozen pizza and shoving it down your pants on the walk home to warm it up. Your dinner will then taste better as well as get to you faster AND it will be warmer than if you were to order from this location. Additionally, the quality has nose dived over the past 1-2 years. Remember, it is likely NOT the fault of the driver your order is late. Over the last 18 months, the average wait time is approximately an hour and a half AFTER it comes out of the over for so called “quality check”. I added two stars to the review because after getting the order approximately 2 hours after ordering, the manager was very receptive. (Keep in mind, I didn’t start by dropping f bombs either.) She explained that ordering online does not give an accurate representation of wait time but calling into the store they will be able to tell you the wait time BEFORE you spend your money.

I am very disappointed I went online last night to order food for me and my grandchildren while at my mom’s house; only to see a red highlighted message saying they no longer deliver to my mom’s address. I don’t understand why!?… Seeing that I recently got an order from my mom’s address after I got off work one night. An although I ordered online and it was 2 hours late when i received it. Like reheated pizza? This is the place for you. You will certainly have to reheat it if you order delivery and want your pizza hot. According to the pizza tracker my pizza was out of the oven for an hour an 15 minutes before getting delivered. To their credit, I did receive everything I ordered, but if I had wanted to wait an hour and a half for cold pizza I would have gone to the local grocery, bought a frozen pizza, baked it, and let it sit on my counter for 45 minutes before eating the thing.

BEWARE! Do not order from this Domino’s , and if you order online make sure you call the store because they will send you to this one . I started my order at 7:16 p.m. , they let me know that my order was canceled at 10:20 p.m. . After I tried to make another order online I ended up getting sent back to this store unbeknownst to me , they did not answer the telephone for 2 hours , when I finally got someone on the phone they’re absolutely Hood . Straight Hood . Not a care in the world , he proceeded to let me know that the order got brought back because they didn’t have salad , I ordered wing dings and salad . So I’ve been waiting for nearly 3 hours trying to make multiple orders because they didn’t have salad . Do not order from this Domino’s they do not care at all , on top of that the app said that the order had came and got delivered . This store needs to be shut down . Judging from all of the one-star reviews on here they should probably shut this location down or fire everybody and start over.

I have ordered from this location numerous times and this will be my last time ordering ever. On the tracker app it shows my food was delivered but was not so I call n they tell me the driver hasn’t even left the store yet cuz he can’t figure out how to use the tracker app. Maybe they need to have a group training session. It’s been almost 2 hours since I placed my order n still haven’t received it yet.
