Always a delight when I visit. I have this specific person who is always there and greets me with a smile when I come in. I can’t remember his name but he is darkskin with colored hair and I believe he has a face piercing. He’s my favorite, always serves best customer service, gives good portions, and ALWAYS greets me. I always go there hoping to see him.

I go to this location often so I want to give an honest review about this experience. I cannot stand to walk into a food establishment and see the staff looking like they at the park waiting for next in a basketball game. Staff on their phones and playing around in the kitchen area while the food looks like it has been out since last year. Disgusting unprofessional behavior and not to mention that they were low on all the food. The service girl looked like she could not pick up the spoon. To serve due to pain or her nails just getting done. This was the first time I’ve seen this bunch in this location so I’ll check again. The staff in there today need to act like adults and more professional. Check the pictures.

Last time I came here was Aug of 2025. I vowed to never return because of the service. I figured I give them another shot this time around. I go back today, and the workers, which were actually the same ones as last time, were as slow as before. I’ve never seen workers who appear to not value customer service/satisfaction. Three people came in after me and they all left due to the slow service. Yikes

They are usually out of one kind of item when I get there. I have seen the workers clean the work area by wiping all the food onto the floor then they step in it. Gross. They should just wipe it off to the side and do some kind of a bucket.
The manager’s polite and kind and efficient in making the salads.
The other night the seltzer was not properly set on the fountain drinks.
Bathrooms could be a lot cleaner.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered two bowls that came with NO LIDS, and it was a complete disaster. The 6 pieces of steak I did receive were dry, overcooked, and tasted like cardboard. The rice was undercooked and crunchy, and the beans were a bland, mushy mess. Both bowls lacked any real flavor or seasoning, making it a chore to eat. Even the toppings were disappointing – the guacamole was brown and tasted off, and the salsa was watery and tasteless. To top it all off, they included items such as raw yellow onions that aren’t even on the menu. The chips? I couldn’t comfortably offer these to my dog, as they were so loaded with salt it would have killed him. Avoid this place at all costs.

Walked in to pick up my food and no one said hello or greeted me. One person clocked out or in front of me and another was walking around on the phone.
Even if you are busy, at least say hello or welcome, one moment, I’ll be right with you etc

Decent eats. Very hearty meal. Ordered the habanero lime flavor steak, wasn’t much spice to. The chile crema was a great addition but i feel it overpowered the other flavors. Looking for a quick meal that will fill you up this the establishment.

1 Star – Dirty Bathroom, No Guac, Poor Service
The bathroom was extremely dirty, which made the whole restaurant feel unsanitary. They were also out of guacamole, which is disappointing for a place that features it as a main topping. The employee told a customer he “came in the line the wrong way,” even though no one else was there, which came off as rude and unnecessary. I waited about 5 minutes with no one available before she finally came over to help me. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and unwelcoming.
