Everytime We order Domino’s Pizza between the Westland Location on Wyane Road, or from the Garden City location on Ford Rd within 10 to 15 minutes later our pizza is here, hot off the press, smoking hot you can see the steam when you open the boxv. We never have problems with our pizza ever. They may have forgotten the sauce for dipping our bread in once or twice but they literally will go back and get it and bring it to you even though I say they don’t have to. Each delivery driver is always very kind and courteous, smiling and happy, and just friendly all the way around. Most of the time the drivers are young, I wouldn’t be surprised if there high school students or college kids just trying to earn money for a car or helping to pay for their college or paying for things they want to save for. This is the number 1 reason I tip them all very well, whether or not there a young or older and this is there second job and there just trying to make more money because
they have a family to care for, and bills to pay , so I tip very well then most people would. I believe in paying it forward as it has its way to coming back to you in 2 folds and gives you good Karma. The food here is great, I dont understand why in the world I’m reading bad reviews about the Westland store, they are always very professional, kind and caring and very nice, and I have never ever had any problems and also a lot of my patients at Villa healthcare order in pizza and they always tell me qbout how good the pizza is and all the other foods that they have at Domino’s Pizza. It is unnecessary to complain about bubbles in the pizza, shyite happens no one is perfect either is the way the pizza cooks, so writing a bad review because you pizza has bubbles blows my mind, and all the complaints arnt realistic and the vibe I’m getting is they just want something for free. My patients always order from Domino’s Pizza and weekly too, somtimes I see them order it a few times a week, and so do we, or at least every other week on my weekends off on Friday becauseits movie night. My special needs son LOVES Domino’s Pizza, its his favorite, I dont know what they do or what’s there secret but anyone I talk to loves Domino’s Pizza too and there very food deals especially if your onna budget the 6.99 pizza deal where you pick 3 differentthingsb, I like happy’s pizza old world pepperoni as it takes me back to rhe 80s but there so very over priced that thats maybe a once a year delivery because by the time im done picking out what we want for our family of 5 its like 60 dollars and that’s not even with tip, thats ridiculous! Who wants to pay 60 plus dollars for pizza, I can get 3 different things,there 6.99 each and if you want to upgrade the pizza thats onky for a few extra dollar’s, you can get pizza and salad or pizza and bread or pizza and Mac and cheese or different kinds of chicken, subs, there are so many possibilities, and you can add a delicious dessert, our favorite is the brownie desert, they also have all kinds of different drinks, water, pop, and juice drinks, dipping sauces. If I could give them a million stars I would. But they only allow 5 star ratings.

The customer service was great. The cashier was kind and not pushy whatsoever about upgrading to a large pizza. I’m glad I did. The spinach and feta is amazing. The dough tastes super fresh and homemade the crust is a lot softer than other places but still has enough crunch. The pizza is perfection. Haven’t even tried the pasta bowl yet cuz I can’t stop eating this pizza

This location CONSISTENTLY fails to put extra cheese on pizzas when the order shows it was asked, and paid, for. The last few times I’ve ordered online from this location, I’ve ordered one pan pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese, paying an extra $1.50 for the extra topping. And for the third time in a row, they have not put extra cheese on the pizza. I’ve brought this issue to the attention of the staff previously, but since it’s happened yet again, I will no longer get pizza from any Dominos.

Today Saturday 11/25, we got some visitors and decided to get something fast like Domino’s pizza,so we ordered some pizza and wings, I totally got disappointed with how the wings were prepared, it looked like they just tossed the wings and then put the sauce dressing so quick than the wings were not covered and the dressing were everywhere in the wrap but not in the wings. We as customers have many other options to choose but we decided to pick Domino’s but if they don’t put a little more attention on how to prepared and the presentation of the food, they will be loosing customers little by little. I’m willing to pay for the quality of the food but with today’s experience, I would’ve preferred to get the food with little Ceasars cheaper and better quality than today’s with Domino’s pizza. I hope this was a random situation and they put more attention in the food presentation. Thank you.

Never in my life would I have thought my favorite pizza place would ever deliver a pizza looking the way they delivered it tonight. The whole entire box is completely smashed. All of my cheese on my pizza is stuck to the top I called and all I get is oh it’ll be another hour or more before we can deliver another pizza or I can credit your account. No I want my money back and my pizza. This place is usually good with delivering a hot fresh pizza. That’s delicious. So as I sit here and starve and wait another hour to hopefully get one that doesn’t look like this.

Love! Medium deep dish, double cheese– thankfully, the cheese is not as salty as Jetts. Need to order double toppings though in order to feel like you have enough ingredients. Please fix this. Fabulous service!
