Just ordered 2 cheese burger meal. I got home and opened the package. Both burgers were absolutely flat. I took a picture because I don’t think people would believe. Fries were cold and greasy. I was really surprised! Someone had to go out of their way to make the burgers so flat.

Moved into this area Jan 2025 – and quite frankly, I think this is worst McDonald’s in the area. There’s one manager who’s a guy with glasses that I think is the only one in charge that actually keeps his team in line. Otherwise I have consistently gotten soggy fries, dirty tasting hot lattes, ugly looking cheeseburgers that my kids won’t eat because they literally look punched or the patty is way off center. Today was just atrocious, it’s a real issue because this is a rural area. By the time I’m on my way home I have to drive like 30+ min on a good traffic day to ask for a refund in store. I just feel like for how many times they’ve messed up my order I would rather they refund my card directly and recoup gas money I wouldn’t have wasted if the food was up to regular McDonald’s standards.
Literally I can’t believe I’m writing an essay for MCDONALDS but they’ve messed up way too many orders since I’m move into this area to not mention it in a review!!
Today my partner ordered 6 cheeseburgers no pickle — all of the cheeseburgers had pickles despite the order screen confirming there would be no pickles. The cheese on the cheeseburgers were stiff and COLD ?! We went around 11 am — why am I receiving stale looking hamburgers? Do you serve PAYING customers your mistake pile hamburgers? I know this might seem like no big deal, but literally adding ingredients when asked by the customer to exclude it, can lead to allergic reactions. —— please do not visit this store unless you recognize the one good manager that bothers to check food quality BEFORE it’s handed to a paying customer. 1/10 ⭐️ please just spend your money at literally ANY OTHER McDonald’s or nearby restaurants in the Minden area

I tried to call the Idaho location in Elko NV almost 4 days because they had messup my order so bad. I got 4 sauage egg mcmuffins and 2 breakfast meals large. No one picks up the phone at all. Hopefully you have a better experience.

I have gone to this location on Winnie Lane several times, and my daughter always orders a plain hamburger. They always end up adding cheese. This time I got home and the hamburger was not even plain and they had added cheese.

On multiple occasions I have went thru the McDonalds in Battle Mtn. Nevada’s drive thru and had to wait 10 or more minutes. Today took the cake, waited 12 minutes then asked if they were still there. The lady answered be with you shortly, I asked why it was taking so long and she replied, “Have you seen the lobby?” The drive thru line was backed up 7 cars deep and 3 of those cars got tired of waiting. She proceeded to tell me bye and I left, so now 4 cars (that would have been paying customers got tired of waiting). Do better McDonalds. I will not be going back.

Poor operations. Always very confusing on which window is used to pay and pick up. There is no sign. You will be waiting at one window and people passing by without saying anything to you and then you realize it’s not the right window. It takes minutes for person at the other window to wave at you to come. It happens two days in a row in the morning.

Fast food, drove rite through was great. Unfortunately i was stopped by the manager on my way out, he saw that i had my dog in the cab of my truck and he took the time to make my dog a patty.
