Food is alright, it’s just hard to eat my lunch/dinner without the plastic silverware you are supposed to receive when you order a pasta. For the last few weeks when we order from dominos I’ve gotten busted ranch cups, uncut pizzas, and now know silverware. Who’s doing the quality checks???? I’m at work I can’t just go to a kitchen and get ranch, a pizza cutter, or a fork.

I ordered through the app and the pepperoni was put on the pizza. I called the store and the manager, Isaac, was very dismissive and said nothing can be done because it was made based on the ticket. Then I asked for his bosses number and conveniently he didn’t know it. What a joke

Ordered bread bites and cinnamon twists last night, relieved them late, I can understand they were busy but both were severely undercooked. The order taker lady constantly cuts you off while trying to tell her what you want, it’s very frustrating. Food was awful.

Food is always good but whoever answered the phone at Sullivan on Sunday 9/19 needs lessons on customer service and manners. My tracker stated food was ready and an hour later I called to inquire since it hadn’t arrived. I understand short staff and 1 driver and that’s all that needed to be said. The guy was extremely rude to the point that I may never order again

Ordered food and a couple drinks. When I went to take a drink from my sprite I noticed it was half gone. Called the store and spoke to 3 different people, 1 even being the driver (very unprofessional) and got accused of accusing the driver. Which we did not do. Someone probably took a drink of it and put it back in the fridge and no one noticed. But because the manager accused us of accusing a great worker (which we DID NOT DO) they refused to help us. So we spent money on a drink that I threw away because that’s disgusting. Won’t be ordering here as long as those managers are in charge.
