Subway is always a reliable choice for a fresh and tasty meal! I love how I can pick my favorite ingredients and watch them make it right in front of me. The staff at this location is super friendly, and the service is fast. The restaurant is clean, and the ingredients always seem fresh. Perfect spot for a quick and healthy bite!

I am a regular customer to this subway. Restaurant is clean and staff is nice. Mostly.
My experience tonight was bitter and unnecessary. There was a couple who walked in before me, and ordered a handful of sandwiches. The woman who made them, was very upset. Slamming the bread warmer shut, being rough with the food, and being very impatient with the customer. The woman working had already put away many ingredients so when the couple asked for condiments, she scolded them” any other sauces? I’m only going back there once”
After smashing their order together, she greets me with the same attitude. During which I ask if I’ve caught her at closing time? She glares at me and suggests she’s closing early. During checkout I’m asked if i would like a receipt, I respond yes please. Receipt prints and she balls it up in frustration.
I work in food service and know we have our days, but this was unprofessional and rude.

Excellent customer service, ALWAYS!! It is A clear example of how a manager can influence their staff in a positive way and how it can show up in customers experience. The manager of the store is a blonde lady is awesome! Not only does she speak to you with respect, she makes you feel welcome and she helps her staff! She is always in the midst of the staff helping them to make sure they are not overwhelmed with customers. Nothing is below her. You can see that her staff is influenced by her positive demeanor, and it trickles down to how they interact with us. There was a guy there before and I miss seeing him. Fortunately, the two girls who have replaced him are wonderful. I appreciate plus kindness:

This is by far THE BEST subway in Palm Beach County. I’ve been coming to this location for several years and they are impeccably clean and extremely kind and courteous. The staff always greets you with a warm smile that can be seen, heard, and felt even behind their mask! The management truly cares about their store and especially their customers. I wish Google had more than 5 stars because this Subway location deserves 100!!

Honestly don’t know where to start… All I can say is that the manager Nicole is by far the best manager for this company. She goes above and beyond with my visit. I have yet to see exceptional service in any fast food industry. Nicole most definitely sets the standards on how any business in general should run. Very personable, she called me to double check my order since I normally get it toasted and did not see et the option on the app. That little detail tells me a lot about someone who pays attention to details with understanding how many people a day walk in and order. Thank you to Nicole and the additional staff at this location who do an amazing job at taking good care of all their customers.

I go to this Subway periodically. While the food is nice (albeit a bit over the price), the service is what truly stands out. There is even this one woman named Nicole who always seems to be in the best mood all the time. It’s very welcoming. On top of that, the couches and TVs leave this as a very cozy atmosphere. I love it all the way!

I never bother to write reviews about fast food restaurants, but the people that work here are excellent. They always have a smile, they always have energy, and always stay in a positive mood. I never had a bad experience with them for the year I’ve known this place. They give you a good portion food, not to sparse, but not too much.Overall the best Subway I’ve been to thanks to the positive staff, their manager should be proud.
