Only gave a star because you have to give at least one to post, but NEGATIVE 20 STARS!!! I ordered food from here yesterday, as I OFTEN have, and got about halfway through when I saw A DEAD COCKROACH in the bottom of my box of Parmesan bread bites!!! I didn’t touch anything else I ordered, got something to take it out with and put on a paper towel so I could make sure that’s what it was, and took it all back to the store. When I went in I asked for a manager, told her to open the box, she did and said “Oh” and I said “Yea I need a refund.” She said “Yea”. She took it to the back and told the cook guy that she was giving me a refund and why, and he proceeds to ask me ” Was it just like a little gnat or…” WHY DOES IT MATTER?!?! WOW! I said “NO IT WAS A COCKROACH” and the manager said ” Well it had wings. ..” OH MY GOD ARE U REALLY GONNA SIT HERE AND ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT WHAT KIND OF BUG IT IS??!!!??!!! Who cares?! How bout an apology or we need to thoroughly clean our disgusting store!! Nope just gave me a refund n that was it. No I’m sorry no thank you no nuthin! By the way, NO ONE had any hair nets or anything on and no one was wearing gloves they all looked like they needed a shower and a food handling course!!! Never again!!!! Disgusting!!!!

The RUDEST employees. The website accepts an order for shit they don’t have in store and instead of taking it off the order they tried to force me to take a credit. Since that was the only option I decided to cancel the entire order. I was met with being hung up on and disrespect when I called back. They can’t make a delivery to save there life that has the correct order or even find the house. So this time I placed a togo order for carry out. When I arrived the kid looked for the pizza, came up to charge me then proceeds to tell me after charging me they don’t have my order and they gave it to someone else and if I could wait 10 mins. After they already charged me without informing me of there mistakes first. I’ll be going to any pizza place but Domino’s going forward. Frozen Jack’s pizza would be better at this point. Save your time, and money and go to another location.

we love dominos and get it quite regularly, especially after buying the deal card from the schools! we usually visit the store on wabash but stopped at the 7th street location once as it was more on the way home, since then we only visit 7th street! the product is always top tier, hot and delicious, staff is friendly!

Delivery is fast and food is always so so good !!! it’s been one of my most favorite places to eat since I was little. I once actually had a friend who worked there who head a very narrow face and a very skinny chin and it actually kinda looked like a shake of a slice of pizza!!!! Order online for pickup at drive thru pulled up when ready and was told it’s gonna be awhile because they simply couldn’t read my order bc I had placed no onions on a sandwhich so they had to remake it. Simple as just reading an order to ensure they got it correct. I then proceeded to sit in my car for 20 minutes for them to make a sandwich. Not acceptable !

I ordered delivery last night, which ended up taking a while. I did not question it, considering that we were getting some snow and I assumed that 1) many orders were being made and 2) the drivers needed to take longer for safety.
This afternoon, I received a phone call from this location, stating that they would be applying a credit to my account for a future order due to the long wait. I never called to complain, nor reported any issues through any other means. I appreciate that the location is preemptively trying to make things right, even though I already was chill about it.
