Have had a lot of issues with them already every time I e gotten food, wether it’s a forgotten item or not delivering my order or just poor food quality. Got a pasta bowl wasn’t even half full and I could understand if it was 1 but I bought 3 of them and they were all 3 the same and almost no sauce in them at all. Love Domino’s in Fort Wayne but the local one here needs to step up their game.

We ordered 2 subs, crazy bread and the Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza on a Friday night around 6pm! Usually we do carry out when we order out because delivery takes a lot longer and food isn’t the freshest! We decided to use delivery, with the establishment being new! I just have to say we were extremely impressed. Food was here within 30 minutes and hot and fresh! We love Domino’s, so happy to have one in Bluffton!

I called being the 1st time I’ve ordered there pizza. Let me explain my experience. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza with cheese bread and ordered a brownie. Delivery time was great, driver was really nice paid 5 dollar delivery fee gave driver 10 dollars. Recieved the wrong pizza got a pizza with chicken buffalo sauce and lot of jalapeños everywhere on it real spicy not what I wanted. I called they told me to take the peepers off lol and gave me 10 dollars off my next order. We’ll there won’t ever be a next order. Your food is way to greasy saturated in grease. Made me real sick with diarea and upset stomach. I should not have ate it. I strongly advise you to order from pizza hut or little ceaser this pizza joint is garbage. Sorry just being honest.

Ordered on the app was kinda bummed if your amount is more then 50 you have to pay with card which is weird. Took an hour and a half to receive our order but everything was hot and employee/ delivery driver Johnathan was very kind. Good food if you aren’t in a hurry.

I was unable to place an order on either the website or the Domino’s app. The website gave an error that “no team members were clocked in at the store,” and app simply gave a “technical” error. Tried calling the store twice and no one ever picked up. Excited to finally have a Domino’s in Bluffton, but certainly not one with this poor quality of service.

I have been watching the construction of the new store for months and it finally opened Thursday evening!! I was able to place my order with ease on the app and received my food in a timely manner considering how busy they were! The food was great and the staff was awesome so glad Domino’s is back in Bluffton!

We placed a fairly larger order and picked it up in the drive through. The order was all correctly made and in the time that it said it would be ready, only had to wait a couple minutes at the window. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious.

Didn’t order there. However, someone there delivered a whole bunch of food in boxes at my doorstep. It was a wrong address. I called them to inform them and the guy was oblivious. Didn’t care much. It must’ve been left last night, the way it looked. I asked the guy to come and get this mess ( I was going to leave it back on doorstep) for I LITERALLY have no room for it in my bin. He told me, and NOT in a nice way, that he wasn’t going to have anyone come out there just to pick up trash. I said, your mishap, your trash. I get it, He didn’t see it my way. That’s okay. I don’t have to patronize them.

Wasn’t able to place an order either through the website or the Domino’s app. The website just says technical difficulties when trying to pay which was a waste of time because after downloading the app just to place an order here, and getting all the way to payment again, an in-app message popped up that online ordering is not available at this location.
