We drive by this truck on the way to the dog park and have been wanting to stop for a while! I definitely recommend this for breakfast or lunch! Hashbrowns were hot and crispy and the sandwiches were so filling and delicious! Not your average breakfast sandwich, we can’t wait to go back and try the others. There were also fast and so friendly. So happy to support a local business. Thanks for some great morning fuel!

This breakfast truck is legit! The people that run it are a super friendly couple. The food is tasty and has some really fun twists on breakfast. My favorite is the Symphony – Unplugged, their hash browns are cooked to perfection every time (been here a few times). The Collab is awesome as well and you have to try their green chili mayo! Gotta stop by and check them out!

Great breakfast sandwich! Great people also! Putting a funky twist on breakfast. I highly recommend stopping in here. Plan ahead as you can only grab one Friday-Sunday. Well worth it though. I will be coming back for sure.

This was our first time trying the breakfast sandwhiches and they were great!! I had a classic sausage with an over medium egg. It was FANTASTIC!! Brioche bread, housemade sausage and couple of different sauces on the side, at our request, to try out. Everything was perfect!! We have found a new place for a quick break!! Thank you for taking your time to make a delicious breakfast. We’ll be back, for sure!

Do not sleep on Break Beats!!!!!! This is well above your average Golden breakfast food. Classic breakfast sandwiches executed excellently. Small twists on some (add of caramelized onions, green chile mayo). Highly highly recommend! A stop here and a stop at Sogo and you’ve got yourself a perfect weekend morning.

Was headed to charge my car, I see a couple setting up a food truck. Figured I’d stop by out of curiosity.. as soon as I took a bite out of my sandwich, I was very happy I hit a u-turn and pulled in lol. Try “The Collab” and thank me later. They’ve only been out there for a couple of weeks, so get there soon before they start getting busy!
