Ordered drinks today. Both of them tasted off and were super runny. Not at all like they should be. Unfortunately we do not live in the area or did we have time to turn around and return. Once leaving Polk City by way of the bridge it is not a very easy turn around area. I tried to find a way to contact by website or Facebook first and did not see a way to do that.

It never fails when I ask for NO WHIP, whip always ends up on my iced coffee made with Almond Milk. I can’t have it!! And then I know they just scooped it off and topped it off and handed it back out with a different lid because it took less than 30 seconds. Today the older lady at the window was less than pleasant too. Sucks because this is only coffee shop around besides gas stations.

Pulled up at 830am on a Saturday behind 7 cars and the line moved so quickly. I ordered 2 coffees, 2 cinnamon rolls & 3 breakfast sandwiches and was out of there in 10 minutes. With a smile on my face because the young women working were not only quick, they were also super friendly & chatty WHILE they worked. I don’t know what Scooters does for training but it should be taught everywhere.

I visited the Polk City, IA Scooters and it was excellent. I ended up going there 3 times in a week and every time was excellent. The service was very friendly and my drinks were made perfectly. I really like this Scooters.

I’ve drank a lot of bad coffee, but this place takes the cake. if you are looking to conveniently grab a cup of medium roast coffee before you head to work. Don’t bother. Unless you like sour cat urine. It’s horrible and all their food is cooked in nuclear waste microwaveable packaging. They don’t touch anything other than a start button. The food tastes like pure processed disgustingness.
