Domino’s is one of my favorites and I do recommend it. I ordered last night and got Parmesan bread bites, which I LOVE!! However, last night a worker apparently got confused and put Ranch dressing on them instead of the garlic butter mix or whatever is put on them normally. Either that or I got someone else’s very weird order – contrary to popular belief, Ranch is not good on everything. It was disappointing to say the least since I was looking forward to those. So, please Dominos, make sure your people know the difference between Ranch dressing and garlic butter. It makes me hesitant to order again anytime soon. This is the reason for giving 4 starts instead of 5 like I’d like to, but another recent order also had some issues that I got resolved through the app.

I came in the store to order because my app was not working. The gentleman at the front was great I believe his name was Matt but as we was trying to help me a rude very loud woman standing behind him pops off they can’t have that deal only online, he responds im having issues it won’t let her finish her order. He tells me I can do this for you try to start my order the rude woman says You are not surpose to do that. The kind gentleman kept a smile in his face finished my order said it be out in 10. So I sat down and listened to her yelling at the gentleman to talk to him as hes making all the orders and shes filling sauces but once did not ask if he needed help, sue continued to be very loud and not help him my entire time in the restaurant. THANK YOU MATT FOR BEING KIND AND YOUR HARD WORK!!!!!!

I’m disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a specific pizza but received the wrong one. I had to return to the store to get it corrected, which was inconvenient. The staff did replace it, but better order verification would prevent such issues in the future.

I don’t understand how everytime I place an order they always manage to lose my order. I order online. The app says they started making my order but when we show up at the time given, they don’t have anything ready. They have to rush to throw the order in the oven and I’m waiting triple the time I should have. All for no apology, no discount, no anything to make up for their mess up. This is ridiculous

Domino’s piźza boxes are sturdy they held my pizza well. Domino’s serves their pizza from their boxes. Taking home pizza placed on a round piece of cardboard the size of the pizza, then slide into a paper sleeve the paper would get into the pizza if you weren’t to careful and sometimes even “being careful” didn’t matter which some came to the conclusion that this was the work of the legendary Noid.
