When it comes to small town burgers this is top tier. There’s times I find myself in small towns where chain restaurants are rated much higher than bigger cities. The patty melt was better than any I’ve had anywhere I’ve been, and I wish this place was by my house. I asked him to put on chipotle mayo instead of thousand island dressing and it was exceptional. He makes the baked beans and they were really good too. I’ll definitely come back again!

This is the best cheesesteak I have ever had. Juices were literally dripping from the sandwhich. So good. The corn was fresh and buttered, could use some extra salt. The chili is awesome and has a nice kick to it. Will be coming back!

Colt, aka Bubba is a great cook, the Pork and Pickle sandwich was awesome, we had it with the baked beans with FYI is Colt’s grandmother’s recipe. Do yourself a favor and stop here. Right now Colt is open 7am to 7pm Sunday thru Thursday,closed Friday and Saturday. Look for Colt’s purple pickup truck.

Sooo good! The food will not disappoint! Baked beans are phenomenal, pork and bbq sauce is . Cole slaw is outstanding and roast beef bacon & cheese sandwich was deeeelish! Fast service as well! Such a good find!

Delicious and well priced food truck burgers and BBQ. It might have been the fact I was camping for the past few days but this felt like one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. I came by on a Sunday evening and there wasn’t a line, I would expect a decent line that might take a minute if it gets busy. Would recommend.

Stopped by here on the way back to Salt Lake city from bryce canyon. Service was extremely quick, food was delicious – just what we were looking for after a day of hiking. The ambiance was also very nice, would very much recommend.

Prompt, courteous service. The pork and pickle sandwich hit the spot. I had coleslaw and my husband had the beans. Both were good and big enough servings that we shared. Sat outside at a picnic table and had the sun at our backs. Would definitely eat here again.
