We stopped because it was the only place that was open. Had a breakfast burrito. Very good and large. Great service and quick.

Delicious and well priced food truck burgers and BBQ. It might have been the fact I was camping for the past few days but this felt like one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. I came by on a Sunday evening and there wasn’t a line, I would expect a decent line that might take a minute if it gets busy. Would recommend.

Sooo good! The food will not disappoint! Baked beans are phenomenal, pork and bbq sauce is . Cole slaw is outstanding and roast beef bacon & cheese sandwich was deeeelish! Fast service as well! Such a good find!

Really good burgers and pulled pork. The jam burger was incredible! The homemade baked beans were really really good. Also very reasonably priced and very quick. If you are ever in escalante you need to give this place a try.

This is the best cheesesteak I have ever had. Juices were literally dripping from the sandwhich. So good. The corn was fresh and buttered, could use some extra salt. The chili is awesome and has a nice kick to it. Will be coming back!

So we went to Bubbas in Escalate. First we were looking for a restaurant. Drove all the way through town when we figured out that it was just a little trailer with a sign out front saying ” open “. The food was great. Get the Jam burger. One of the better burgers I’ve eaten. Baked beans were delicious.

I decided to make the drive way out there just to try the food here, bc of the MANY rave reviews, and it was definitely worth the trip!! Do yourselves a favor, and get some of the best burgers, baked beans and coleslaw in your lives. No exaggeration! Your stomachs will thank you!!

Big Bubba is a great guy and the environment was fantastic. He has a few tables and lights in front of his truck. The food was great! We asked him to play with the menu and he was very accommodating. I’d recommend it.
