This store is my favorite domino’s store ever. Stuff are super nice and professional. But here I have to mention some important things: I always order online and they always get it correct. Especially if my screen shows that my pizza is being prepared by someone called “Brooklyn”! Omg, she never got an order wrong and always doing her job perfectly. However, I just ordered a pizza now and it showed it was prepared by “Levi” but it was so wrong toppings! No roasted red peppers and no Mushrooms! and ALOT of onions. I was very disappointed and because I really like this store, I did not want to complain about the whole store. We are okay and we are eating the pizza now but please next time pay attention to what toppings we choose, particularly the “specialty pizza” as it is more expensive and it is disappointing to receive it like this. Thank you very much for “Brooklyn” and everyone else in the store, you guys are the best!

Placed an order at 7:30. Called at 8:30 to let them know it hadn’t been delivered. Was told that it was on the way. Called at 9 PM to let them know it was still not here. Manager told me they would re-make the pizza and deliver by 9:30. Pizza still had not arrived by 9:45, so I cancelled the order. Waited over two hours for a pizza that never arrived. Very poor service.

I gave this establishment 4 stars because I like that I was able to pick the Paradise tracking theme online. Except, why the hell did the parrot have to get hit with a coconut? He never did nothin to nobody. He played reggae music for me whilst I waited as “Stuart” quality checked my cheese pizza for 15 minutes. The delivery guy was a nice feller too. Kudos to Parrot and Delivery Guy.

Really good service and price this time. They had a deal on 3 pizza’s and we figured we’d try it out again. There was a good bit of cheese and toppings on them. They wasn’t doughy, they were cooked really well. In the past we’ve doughy crust that wasn’t well done, spots on the pizza where there was no toppings and hardly any cheese. Cheese and toppings are what makes a pizza and I’m glad I got them and enjoyed them.

Always enjoy getting Domino’s Pizza. I currently ordered a chicken Alfredo bowl, garlic bread twists, and a hand tossed pepperoni and sausage pizza. It was sooo good! One more thing, I also ordered a drink. But unfortunately it was forgotten.

I ordered two kinds of cheese bread and two lava cake. When they arrived they were burnt. I accidentally called the Nelsonville Dominos only to find that they have a sweet woman named Brooklyn working all alone answering phones, making pizzas, checking orders. That isn’t a safe work environment for her to have to do everything. When I called Athens OH Dominos the guy that answered phone sounded blitzed out of his mind. When the manager got on and I told them that all my items were burnt he rudely tells me( in a voice like yeah right) he will remake them and guess what folks….they were burnt also!! I didn’t even bother to call back between the two and a half hours I wasted on ordering and waiting ,then waiting for replacements. I don’t know if they don’t have employees because of covid or what. I recommend you get your oder from some place else. I am really disappointed.
